A spacious barbecue area lets you prepare your meals al fresco. There are a total of five patios, two with ocean views, furnished with sun loungersm chairs and table for a total of 18 people. The pool and garden are well maintained. There is also a foosball table, a sauna for five people and a bicycle room for up to 20 bikes. There are four showers and changing room with a toilet with the sauna. There are three car parking spaces in the courtyard.

The comfortable, well-maintained holiday property has a total of 450 heated and air conditioned m². It is bright and comfortable. The entire house has a total of six bedrooms, four comfortable living rooms with sofa beds, four kitchens and six bathrooms. The largest apartment is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to eight people in three bedrooms on 135 m².
