Vous pouvez avoir toutes les sensations de la maison pendant vos vacances avec la télévision par satellite et le Wifi gratuit pour ne rien manquer pendant votre absence. Très bon prix, très bien situé et tous les luxes rendent cette location difficile à battre!

Septic Smell

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed was old and uncomfortable with a foam pad added for inferior comfort. Sheets were polyester over a plastic mattress cover. Tiny window with no ventilation and at night the septic smell was repulsive and dangerous to inhale. Cupboards were so full of **** there was no room for groceries.

Great host, nice friendly neighbors. On site laundry wasn’t functional which was a bummer. We would certainly stay here again.

This is such a pristine and well cared for property. We have already booked our stay for 2024! Each unit is privately owned and as a result some may be nicer than than others, but overall this is one of the best places to stay on the beach.

No working lock at back door, poor communication

When I arrived at this property in the evening, I noticed there was a piece of wood cut into a square with a hole in the middle to fit around the two handles of the back sliding door. When I removed it, I realized it was there because the back door lock was broken. Concerned about the safety of the apparatus, I went outside and reached in to see if it could be removed from the outside and I easily could. I reached out to the property manager that night and left a message, but decided to stay elsewhere for the night. The next day the property manager reached back and told me they had ordered a new lock but because it was Mexico, they hadn’t received it yet and they dismissed my safety concerns. I asked for a different solution and would need a response back so that I could find different accommodations. I kept checking back on their property portal and found that my messages to and from them had been deleted. Luckily, I had also sent an email and got a response there with the same message. I then sent a message to the property owner directly on VRBO. When I checked back to see if there was a response, I had been blocked out of the message function on VRBO! By the end third day of staying somewhere else, I got a message back that they would install piping at the base of the sliding doors. They never responded to my request to get a refund for the missed days. I am having to appeal to VRBO directly.

To take into consideration

Where to put the garbage is not clear, vertical blinds kept falling apart, and don’t work properly, objects around the condo are dusty and dirty, no mention of laundry taking US coins only, no instructions for operation of satellite tv, with which we are unfamiliar, cooking implements below par, dishes also. Instructions for internet hard to read as they are handwritten- scribbled. Neighbours are noisy and our privacy felt compromised. We should not have to pay for our own drinking water. No instructions about recycling waste. Wasteful garbage disposal. Fumigators came in during our breakfast on patio, and told us to go inside. Fumes nonetheless and my concern is how this poison runs through the food chain of birds and animals. No indication from management to be prepared for this, also.

Older complex but very well kept and clean. Pool is nice and steps from a great swimmable beach. Other guests are close and you can hear them, but all very nice. Some are owners and happy to offer information about the area.

Response was excellent but being Mexico took 3 days to fix and only bedroom unit could be repaired. Remember that although area has boomed, Cabo is still isolated, some things can't be controlled.

It is simply unbearable to sleep on. Owner brought over an inflatable cot which did the trick but the first two nights were a bit miserable. Would definitely stay again. Loved the location!!

Quiet complex

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our apartment was great and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was perfect...quiet, well maintained and steps away from the beach. We could walk to the grocery store or take a bus that stopped right behind the complex. Since we didn't have a car, we used bus transportation to get to old town for restaurants and the art walk. Heath gave us some awesome recommendations for restaurants and coffee---and was quick to resolve a wifi issue. We definitely recommend this location and would use it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No better place to watch the sun rise out of the Sea of Cortez! The unit was clean and well equipped- not much in the way of basic food supplies (sugar, oil, spices , etc -the things that you may not use a lot over the course of a week but are essential to cooking - just nice to have without buying a large quantity). Great access to beach and pool. Internet connection was hit or miss! They did respond quickly to my request to see if it could be fixed, appreciated the attempt. Only other issue was trying to find the correct lock box at the entry gate upon arrival- had to find someone who knew the owner! Thank goodness they were onsite and available. Overall a great place to stay!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and it was really nice to have the beach right there for our little one. Location is great. Was still able to walk to a few places for food or dinner.

As advertised

We stayed for one week at this condo and found it to be most comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The only reason for the four stars is that the entrance to the condo through the lock box on the gate was most confusing. We had our instructions printed and others at the complex had the same difficulty in using them. Finally one of the residents called Peter and he came and got the key for us.

A home away from home. Beautiful property, great location, a great place to stay.

I stayed here for seven days and couldn't be happier. The location is very well placed, off a main highway where you can access a bus to Cabo San Lucas (about a 15 minute trip), or a short taxi ride to San Jose Del Cabo. The complex is set away from the highway so noise is not an issue at all. The complex is on a nice quiet part of the beach. The grounds are always clean, as is the pool. The caretaker does a good job looking after the complex. The living area has a beautiful view out the window looking onto the beach and it was nice having the sea so close by, and being able to walk out my back door, through a gate, and onto the beach. The whole place was clean and in great condition when I arrived. The owner left a very informative guide in the condo that proved very helpful. The furnishings were good, couch was comfortable, linen was clean, and I appreciated the recliner that let me sit and watch/listen to the beach when I was inside. An empty water bottle for the water dispenser was mentioned in another review. I'd blame the previous renter for not refilling that. I used mine up at the end of my stay and ensured I left the bottle out with the required payment for a refill so the next tenant had filtered water (VRBO asks specific amounts aren't posted but it was very cheap at the time of my stay). If I recall correctly there are instructions on how to do this in the guide the owner has left in the condo for visitors. Cutlery, crockery, cookware, toaster and coffee machine were all provided, and I had everything I needed during my stay. All I needed to do was buy my groceries and enjoy myself. Dish network TV is provided, as is internet. Another reviewer noted that wifi reception in the bedroom is sketchy (once you move away from the lower half of the bed) but that wasn't an issue for me. I was happy to have free internet included. There is a grocery store (La Comer/Mega) a few minutes up the road (you'd want to take a taxi), and San Jose Del Cabo is nearby (again you'd want a taxi). Zippers Bar and Grill within easy walking distance, as are many other nice places to eat. I'd like to return to San Jose del Cabo and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, I thought it was perfect.

Great location. Place needs some upgrades

The location was amazing, but there were several things I was hoping would be nicer including: - The bedding was either very old or very low quality cotton/poly blend and the pillows were wrapped in plastic. I woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat because the pillow case had slid off and my head was lying on plastic. You can buy a whole set of 600 thread count sateen linens for $99 and feather pillows for $50 at Costco. At least spend that. - The internet didn't work in the bedroom. This is basic stuff that should never happen in 2016 in a vacation rental. - The towels smelled like mildew - There was a big water jug holder with an empty water jug. If it were my rental, I would make sure every new guest had at least half full water jug. - The most uncomfortable sofa I've ever sat on. - There were 2 year expired spices and condiments in the cubbard. I would clean it out once a year at least. They could spend less than $1500 and completely transform that place into a comfortable place. Then the rental company - Mexico Bound Services - ignored my handful of emails while I was there when they had replied within an hour to every email I sent before my arrival. I don't know. Just wasn't a great experience.
