Everything was perfect! Our host, Gladys kept us up to date and informed at all times. The condo is beautiful and clean and more than we expected! Bed was so comfortable, we had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil and vinegar, a delicious papaya, beautiful dishes and wine glasses! Small touches mean a lot! Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this condo within the last four months. Both times we had a fantastic time. You can’t beat the location, the amenities, and the beautiful views. The condo was fabulously furnished, and was meticulously decorated, something you don’t see in other condos within San Jose.Our host, Gladys, is the most outstanding host that we have ever run across in all of our years of renting places. She let us into the condo and explained everything. She also produced a nice booklet of all of the nearby places around San Jose Del Cabo. She was also very responsive when we needed anything.In the future, this will be our go to place when coming to San Jose Del Cabo.We highly recommend staying here!!

Our CoHost was friendly, welcoming and informative. The space had been updated recently with new furniture, decor and carpets so it looked bright and inviting. Lovely soft towels as well as very good lighting in the bathroom. It's the little things that make you feel welcome. There was bottled water ready for us, a bonus as we did not have a vehicle. This 1-Br is the only unit with direct access to the pool area. You can BBQ, eat on your own patio yet still feel you are at the pool. With such close proximity, you have privacy as there are plants/trees that separate the space. The area is quiet in terms of people noise. We noticed once the sun moved away from the pool, everyone left so you basically have it to yourselves. There is traffic noise (escalated because of a big road project farther north) which was not an issue for us, however there is a sleep machine in the bedroom, to provide you with your choice of white noise. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. It is easy to get across the street to walk to a few restaurants as well as a convenience store, as you walk down the hill under the highway. Recommended restaurants; Fabric Sushi across the road, Mama Mia a bit farther north, with 2 for 1 happy hour from 4-6 pm ( at time of writing). We also enjoyed Blue Fish Cabo seafood @ the Shoppes of Palmilla. Need to drive there. Our CoHost checked in by phone regularly, also came by prior to check out for a post stay walk through. We really enjoyed our stay.
