This apartment was newly renovated in 2017 and is ideally situated between the beach and the beautiful old town of Rovinj with its Italian charm. It is only a 15-minute walk to the best beach in town, the Porton Biondi. It is an equal distance in the other direction to the famous old town.

One of the best restaurants in Rovinj, La Perla, and the best wine producer in town, Vivoda, are a convenient five-minute walk away.
