À seulement 30 minutes de Notre Dame

SituĂ© au centre de tout 1/4 mile du lac Michigan, Ă  5 minutes de Four Winds Casino, Blue Chip Casino et deux terrains de golf et le centre commercial Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall. Location fourni avec 2 passagers golf mais vous pouvez passer Ă  4 passagers, 6 passagers ou mĂȘme 8 passagers limousine voiturette de golf pour des frais supplĂ©mentaires suffit de nous contacter pour plus de dĂ©tails. Le chauffeur de la voiturette de golf doit ĂȘtre 21 ou plus et un permis de conduire. Accueil est clĂ© en main avec tout ce que nous pourrions penser que vous pourriez avoir besoin, 100 DVD, condiments, casseroles, poĂȘles, matĂ©riel de barbecue, traite dogie, So-mƓurs, bois de chauffage, jeux, ordinateur portable, dĂ©tergent Ă  lessive, dĂ©tergent Ă  vaisselle, des bongos ( plaisante sur celui-lĂ ), jeux de cartes, de bons livres, l'huile de cuisson et d'Ă©pices, serviettes de plage et plus.

Il suffit d'apporter de la nourriture et la boisson de choix et profiter de la Cozy Cottage.

Maison a un grand salon avec téléviseur grand écran et une bibliothÚque de DVD complÚte à choisir. Excellente cuisine, bain tourbillon, buanderie complÚte, et un espace bar.

Grande terrasse arriÚre avec barbecue pour le plaisir en plein air. Foyer et cour arriÚre entiÚrement clÎturée

L'emplacement est au milieu de tout. 5 miles Four Winds Casino, Blue Chip Casino, New Buffalo une ville du Michigan. Nous sommes sur une autoroute et vous pouvez entendre des voitures Ă  l'avant de la maison, mais la zone de couchage Ă  l'arriĂšre est trĂšs calme. Amtrack exploite un 100 mph former quelques fois par jour et vous saurez quand il arrive, heureusement, ils ne courent pas tard le soir avec le dernier train de 10 h Heure de Michigan.

Le niveau du lac est élevé cette année, les plages ont été réduites mais nous sommes à 10 minutes des plages de New Buffalo et Michigan City.

Je voudrais insister d'un mot sur ce que vous trouverez dans notre gĂźte "Sanitized".

Nous nettoyons cet appareil nous-mĂȘmes et n'utilisons pas de service, tout est blanchi et blanchi, les planchers sont 100% cĂ©ramique avec des tapis et vous trouverez la maison entiĂšre immaculĂ©e, j'en suis sĂ»r. Vous ne trouverez jamais aucun signe d'un animal de compagnie et nous utilisons des gĂ©nĂ©rateurs d'ozone entre les invitĂ©s.

Charming backyard

Overall just what we were looking. Great back yard, yes everything you could need and friendly owners. Ask owners where to park. We hoped to use the golf cart but the summer hours on the beach for dogs wasn’t convenient.

Annual golf trip/reunion

The house was hi lited by the updated state of art kitchen and appliance..as well as washer dryer. The kitchen/bar area is excellent for entertaining as us the deck in back. We enjoyed atrip to the beach on the golf cart for sunset. Cart has lights! 2 casinos 10 min drive away.

Totally enjoyed the stay!!

This is a little surprise jewel of a property! It is definitely, as advertised, a cozy cottage and they are NOT kidding that you only have to bring yourselves - everything you could think of and more is supplied and waiting for for you. The location is convenient to so many adventures and their beach is perfect and super close. Being pet friendly was a plus for us and the fenced yard was also perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone! They have a few surprises for you, too - book to find out!

Great location!

My husband, our 1.5 yr old and our two small dogs enjoyed a long weekend at this property. The backyard was wonderful and the ability to go between Michigan city and New Buffalo was great! The golf cart was truly a perfect touch that makes this place a must stay! One note for those traveling with children, the second bedroom is also the doorway to the backyard. The internet/tv did not work for the duration of the trip, but tons of DVDs were provided. Overall a great place to stay!

Super Cute Cottage

Our family and puppy spent a cozy weekend at the cottage. We had a great time and were very comfortable. It was perfectly appointed and a short golf cart ride to the beach. We especially loved cooking s’mores around the campfire and having a fully fenced in yard for our pup!

Very homey

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very comfortable & had everything we needed, except the internet would disconnect frequently. The golf cart was a great perk for getting around & appreciated the recommendation of the Hesston Steam Museum, which was a lot of fun for the kids & adults.

Grand Beach

This house was perfect for us. The location was great, easy access to everything you want and need for a beach vacation. Everything EXTRA that you usually have to bring on vacation was already there, grilling supplies, spices, towels, extra pillows, everything. We recommend this place to everyone. You will not have any regrets.

Really great place to stay!

We loved this house! Cute on the outside and everything you need inside. The house was spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with...Washer/dryer with detergent and softener. Plenty of bath towels in the bathroom. The shower had amazing water pressure 👍 The deck on the back of the house is lovely and there is a fire pit. The owner, Ed was full of information on what to see and where to eat. Extras, you get a free golf cart for the duration of your stay! Highly recommended!

July summer getaway

The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a golf cart to go to the beach. Very clean. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. Sad the dishwasher was "on strike." However, paper plates and cutlery were provided. Bedroom TV did not work in unfortunately. Host were very prompt at responding to any questions we had. Thanks!

This place is just as described with literally everything you need

We enjoyed being part way between New Buffalo and Michigan City and having access to Grand Beach was really a nice feature with the use of a golf cart that was provided. Erica and Ed responded quickly to all of our requests. As I mentioned, everything was in the house as noted in the online info. We weren't always clever enough to find it right away, but a quick text or call always pointed us in the right direction. I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was cozy and provided everything we needed.

The cottage has everything we needed and we appreciated the fenced in backyard for our pup. We took the golf cart for some spins around the area which was nice even though the beach access was closed.

Fall get away weekend

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage for a long weekend to see the fall colors. The place was spotless and the owners thought of everything for amenities. It’s on a busy road but don’t hear car traffic in the back of the cabin. Great backyard that our dogs enjoyed

Long weekend work trip

We made a long weekend out of a work trip and this was the perfect location. Hosts were very accommodating. The house had everything we could possibly need. We were able to bring our dogs with us and they loved the house and the backyard! Would highly recommend staying here and the hosts were wonderful!

Loud and Lovely

We had a great time during our stay. The property is kind of loud as it is right across from rail road and busy highway, but very clean and the golf cart was nice to go to the beach. Also close to all restaurants, grocery, and winerys.

Great property, great location

Our first time using VRBO and we found this great place. Loved the fact that they have the video posted to really give you the best idea of the accommodations. Things were just as presented. Great property in a great location -- close to do things in Michigan City, New Buffalo, Union Pier, the Dunes, etc. Very much enjoyed our stay as well as that the property is pet friendly!

Well stocked and clean

House was spotless and stocked with anything you’d need. Our two small dogs loved running around the backyard. One of our dogs tends to be a little skittish and we commented that we had not seen her that relaxed in a while! We had our parents stay for a night and having the golf cart was perfect for visiting the beach. The owners were very easy to work with and you could tell a lot of thought went into making it as comfortable as possible. It was perfect for our group and would definitely recommend!

Very clean property and friendly host

We really enjoyed ourselves at this property. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for our dogs. It was very clean and had absolutely everything one could or would think to need on vacation!! So appreciative of the hosts recommendations for places to visit while there. Overall, a great experience.

While we lack lake view, the home is lovely and super clean.

Just did a major remodel of every room and the entire house is now in ceramic tile. We are all about clean and sanitation so be assured you will find this home up to your standards. Nice back yard deck with a fire pit for moon watching. Fire wood included.
