We stayed for a short trip to Birmingham and this was the perfect place for our family. The neighborhood was really nice and the apartment was lovely! Very cozy and so thoughtfully stocked for guests. We will definitely stay again next time weâre in town!
Great Base camp for our girls trip to a winery! Accommodations were clean, nicely decorated with comfortable & stylish furniture, towels were fluffy and in abundance.and the kitchen was so cute and nicely done!
Thank you Emma!
Our stay was awesome!! I just love the landscaping of the property and the vintage vibe. The French press was a great treat to try. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the fridge/freezer did not provide ice or water. A simple fix to provide a Brita and some ice trays. And the remotes all had dead batteries. Other than that it was really nice!!
Nice location, and very cute apartment! Unique layout and has lots of charm. The shower had hair and the coffee maker wasnât clean, but the sheets were clean and that is the most important to me. It was noisy - sounded like there were young people working on household projects in the middle of the night. All said, I still likes the place!
Property manager was easy to deal with and very prompt! Rental was clean and organized attention to small details was a nice! Back yard was very a blast to hang out in! Very family friendly! Lack of off street parking and thin walls were the only downfalls!
We came to B'ham for a convention downtown. The drive back and forth was short. The apartment was perfect. There were seven of us, so we filled every space, but we managed well. The guys especially appreciated the kitchen and french press.

I am a Birmingham native who loves to travel and explore with my family. I love to create unique rental spaces that welcome others to Birmingham. If you ever need a recommendation on great food or drink, or if you have any questions about Birmingham history, I'm your woman.
This property is so special. It was a historic Southern Gothic mansion, which had been owned for many year's by a foreign attache from Birmingham. He had an eclectic art collection and a vast library of books (many of them you will find around the home). My wife and I purchased the house from his estate in 2017 and worked for over a year to make it a one-of-a-kind vacation rental. Each of the house's five apartments has its own vibe and decor -- from artsy and modern to a fun 70's revival. The set up of the house is perfect for groups traveling together, as it offers the privacy of separate apartments with many shared spaces, both inside and out. When the whole house isn't rented, we offer the individual apartments for rent, giving guests access to the home's beautiful outdoor amenities.
