The house was clean. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. The host was always ready to respond quickly although we never did get the jets to work in the hot tub. Overall 4/5Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house Fred & Sharon

The pool was enjoyable for the one day it was clean. We did enjoy the hot tub. Beds weren’t the must comfortable. I wish i could give this property a 5 star, but I don’t want to be deceiving to other renters. This what I will say you get what you paid for. We made the most of it because the price was right. Property manger answered in a timely manner for our issues.

house is very spacious, clean and in a nice new near restaurants and shoppings. called with issue of pool being dirty, the manger just fed us BS. Called VRBO,they called manger got the same vibe. Then the manger changed her story. Pool was cleaned the next day but problem was debris from the winter still on cover debris would fall daily into pool. Wednesday lawn company blew off canopy. Thanks to VRBO for stepping in. Place is nice but managers are not!

The way the bedrooms/bathrooms are layered out is perfect for sharing the home with others.

Pool was dirty. It was freezing. There was some cockroaches inside the pantry when it was time to go home the cleaning people decided to come 20 minutes early and wait for us to ride outside the door to get out while watching us super uncomfortable. I will never rent this house again.

2020 Disney trip

Overall we had a very good experience. Only one thing they need to put instructiona on the remote and the WiFi was going in and out the entire time of our stay. Other than that everything was fine

Family Christmas 2024

We brought our grown kids and their families to visit our daughter and her family who live in Clermont and celebrate Christmas together. This home was in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. It was located close to grocery stores and gas stations which made it very convenient for our size family. The home was very clean and the pool was fantastic, the perfect size for our family. We had 12 of us staying here. My husband and I love Disney and this is centrally located and was easy to get to the shopping we love and Downtown Disney too. We would recommend this home to anyone. Don’t expect to relax

The very first day we had to call animal control for an opossum in the pool area, we asked for 3 days for the pool to be cleaned (it needed vacuumed not just skimmed). The pool lights didn’t work, the jacuzzi didn’t work, maintenance said the part was very expensive and they didn’t want to fix it. The carpets and closets smelled. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, close to Orlando and other surrounding activities. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and rent a nicer place. I DO NOT recommend using Scandi. When I asked to be reimbursed for the jacuzzi not working (one of the main reasons I booked this house) I was told that it was a complimentary service and would not be compensated.

If I could give it a zero, I would!

For the purpose of the trip the accommodation was fine. However, if you are looking for something a tad nicer, I would not recommend this location. Overall, the rooms were outdated and multiple items were either broken, dysfunctional, or rusted/stained. We really only spent time sleeping and washing off, due to our schedule which is why the price/accommodation was adequate. I will say, that the master shower and bath was a pleasant area.

Very dirty and outdated.

The good: the size is great for a big family and the pool area is large. The location is convenient and we felt safe. But the house was very dirty. The kitchen cupboard shelves had to wiped out before we put our groceries in. There were fingerprints on doors, and the furniture was so filthy and worn that we covered them with blankets before we sat on them (after we washed the blankets). We didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The pool screen was broken so we had a squirrel and raccoon visit us. Its too bad because this COULD be a nice vacation home if the owner invested in refurnishing it (including the bedding), an overall deep cleaning, cleaned up landscaping, and some small repairs. The daily rental fee is a little less than other homes in the area, but it wasnt worth the savings.
