Profitez de vos vacances dans l'intimité de cette complÚtement et professionnellement meublé de quatre chambres, trois et un demi-bain, air conditionné maison avec piscine blindé et chauffée. La villa est surdimensionné dans un quartier calme et sécurisé.

Cette villa de faboulos est situé à seulement 15 minutes (via nouvelle 429) de Walt Disney World. PrÚs de toutes les autres attractions!

Belle maison et entretenus par des professionnels (construire en Janvier 2001) sur un grand terrain et sur un beau lac et de la zone de conservation boisé au-delà. Grande maison (2300 pieds carrés) dispose de deux chambres à coucher, deux avec lits king-size et jacuzzi. La troisiÚme chambre est spéciale pour les enfants et dispose d'un lit superposé pour le plaisir des enfants. Parfait pour deux couples avec leurs enfants. La quatriÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Lits comprennent deux king-size, une pleine grandeur, trois doubles et un canapé-lit.

La maison dispose d'une salle de séjour, salle familiale, une salle à manger formelle, et un coin repas. La chambre familiale dispose d'une télévision de 50 pouces, un systÚme Dolby Digital et un Blu-ray joueurs. Cable-TV Extended (Sports et Disney-chaßnes) est également fourni. La villa dispose également d'une connexion internet à large bande avec un Wifi fourni.

Big 9 pieds par 40 pieds, véranda couverte avec piscine-pont étendu comprenant un barbecue. La piscine de quatorze pieds par 30 pieds avec spa surplombe le lac. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les articles ménagers nécessaires et appareils inclus une rondelle bis et sÚche-linge.

La maison est dans la subdivision du «Clear Creek 'sur la US 27/192. Un Wal-Mart et deux Publix-supermarchés sont à proximité.

Ceci est également l'endroit idéal pour les exursions de jour au Centre spatial Kennedy (60 minutes), les belles plages du Golfe (70 minutes) ou plages de l'Atlantique (60 minutes).

Great layout of the property, which accommodated my family and extended family well. Check in and check out were easy and well communicated. Great proximity to Walmart and restaurants. Easy to navigate to Disney/ Universal. Home was well cared for with all basic needs being met well. Would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! The hosts were super responsive and everything was just as listed. The property was super clean and well kept. The location was close to the theme parks as well as stores and restaurants for any needed items. Our son really enjoyed the pool and the heating option made it totally useable even in November with chilly evenings! Watching the otter family that lives in the pond behind the property was a favorite past time! Our only complaint was that some of the dishes were a little dirty and needed washed before use and the couch in the family room while super comfortable may need replacing soon due to general wear and tear. Not huge deals at all! We come to Florida yearly and will definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect when going Disney and Universal Studios. Very clean and pool was great. We saw the alligator in the water in the back yard. Everything was accurate on all descriptions.

Such a relaxing stay


This was by far one of our favorite trips to Florida. The house was perfect and the pool/hot tub was amazingly relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool all day watching the wildlife in the backyard. The sun on the lanai and shade offered by the covered patio area was perfection. The house was equipped with everything we needed and a few nice extras. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back.

Supplies!!!

The Home had supplies in an abundance which was great for us being that we flew in! Its location to Disney was great if you plan on going there. There were plenty of towels and face cloths and also towels for the pool. Getting in touch with the owner was great. He always responded right back. The house does need updating, but not to the point to where I would not stay there again. The pool and hot tub area were great Plenty of room. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Olando Family Stay

We took a short vacation to Orlando and found this beautiful property. The house is located way to the back of the neighborhood and backs up to a pond. Behind the pond is a large natural area. We enjoyed the local alligator that hung out behind the property, but we also saw an otter, sandhill cranes, herons and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean. Easy check in and check out process. We will return!

Clear creek

I gave an overall rating of 4 of 5 stars only because we couldnt use the hot tub and the pool was to cold to swim in..there was an issue with the heat due to im assuming Milton that noone was aware of until we tried to use the heated pool and hot tub..the homeowner refunded us for that..other than that issue we absolutely loved the house..it is beautiful..had everything we needed and more..so much bigger than i thought from pics but still felt homey..and the walk in closets were a dream..even enjoyed sitting out by the pool watching all the critters that came to visit and the sunrise was gorgeous out there..plenty of space for 2 small families ..i would recommend this rental for all future guests..quick response from home owner and management..

Appreciated this home for our need - clean, spacious, and easy access to priority locations. Host/owner was responsive, accommodating, flexible, and helpful. Perfection!

This house is just perfection for a big family needing plenty of space! The pool was amazing. We had everything we needed and beyond! The single only issue we had was on morning one, the fire alarm went off in the early morning and woke us all up. There were no issues at all, thank god! The fire department was notified through the home alarm system. They came out to make sure everything was ok and said everything was fine except that the smoke detectors are outdated and need to be replaced as they looked to be over 10+ years old and a faulty smoke detector might set it off again. I did let the homeowner know through the app. It didn’t happen again the rest of our week long stay. Other than that, everything was just truly easy and perfect. Thank you for having us!!!

Nice and Clean

House was clean and in a pretty good area close to stores and places to eat. I would have rated it a full 5 if the internet had been better and there was more comfortable seating in the room with the tv. We only had 6 of us and we couldn’t all sit in that room without someone having to sit in a kitchen chair. All of the tvs work off of the internet which was a little troublesome also. Especially when you start connecting your personal devices. All in all though we enjoyed our stay here.

We are a family from Switzerland and fell in love with Florida. So we decided to build our own villa. We love to sit around the pool and enjoy the views of our little lake and the conservation area around it.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We build this vacation villa from ground up, and put all our expierences in from our earlier vacation rentals. So we optimized our vacation expierence and so we hope your's too. We have the big covered lanaii to stay outside, the big pool deck, and the big pool itself. We love to enjoy the whirlpool after a busy day at the parks.

We always wanted something next to water and with a beautiful view. Our unique benefits are the two upscale masterbedrooms in our villa, whicht makes it the perfect spot for more then 4 peoples.
