House was very spacious. Every room had its own bathroom, which was nice. The house could have been cleaned better (crumbs and dirt around the island that wasn't swept up for example). We paid for pool heat but it did still seem a bit chilly. Proximity to shopping, Disney, restaurants, etc. was good. Outside of those minor things, we did have a good time and the kids really enjoued the pool.

Perfect vacation home for the kids

This VRBO rental at the resort is a fantastic vacation spot. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and has all the amenities you need.we had an amazing time at the resort the kiddy pool, lazy river, miniature golf, great food and drinks, and friendly staff who provide excellent service made our stay even better. The location is perfect, close to attractions but still peaceful. The host was accommodating and check-in was easy. The pool was a highlight of our stay. We highly recommend this rental for a relaxing vacation with friends and family.

Great rental

Overall was a great experience. The house was clean and they supplied us, a family of 8, with enough toiletries to last the whole week. The pool heater did stop working midway through our stay but management reaponded within just a couple hours and came out to tge house and fixed it promptly.

Just like home

Our family gathered for Christmas celebrating not just that but my 81 year old mother and grandmother. The house was wonderful. The location was a little far out getting to Disney and Disney Springs. Overall everyone was happy and Christmas was great. Thank you!

Nice house resort questionable

The house is very big. The resort itself is nice but their security measures are a bit extreme. They wanted a credit card just to get in the pool and putt putt and resort amenities. This is all free but they needed credit card just in case tge pass was not turned back in. A bit extreme v sone if the people working at the resort are less than friendly.

2 Week stay!

We loved our stay at this home. The home was spacious for all 8 of us! The home is just as advertised. Please note if your renting this home there is no extras include. The pantry is empty (no spices or oils left behind), there are no board games or cards, no floaties or pool toys. You get one shampoo (no conditioner) one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel. There is no shortage of dishes and cups, however; there is one cookie sheet, 2 tea towels and dish rags, one flipper in the kitchen. Makes it difficult to cook multiple meals a day, be prepared to do lots of dishes, and bring your own dishwasher pods as your only given 1! We didn't have any major complaints other than the lack of kitchen supplies. The pool is wonderful, all the bedrooms have an ensuite!

Perfect for a Large Family

Overall, this place was great for our family of 7. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom attached! The pool was on the smaller size, but fit all of us just fine. Plus, going to the community pool with slide, splash pad and lazy river was an amazing option. The place was fairly clean and provided a lot of good "starter" items. The only thing I can say is they they need some more pots/pans and larger bowls. If you want to cook for a group, it's kind of hard with only 2 small frying pans. The only other downside is that the game room is in the garage which does not have A/C. It was fine for most of the cloudy days, but on a direct sun day - it was very hot in there. But the community arcade is free and the kids had a blast with that and the mini-golf!

Nice but did have some issues

The location was great and the resort was beautiful. The resort water park was wonderful! Water slides, lazy river and huge pool with tons of lounge chairs and couches. Now for the house. Very large home that fit our family well. We really liked that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. House is listed as a “new build” if that is the case then it has not been very well taken care of. The carpets were terribly stained, the walls had scuff/black marks in almost all rooms. There were several things that did not work such as the air hockey table in the garage and 2 of the 3 provided fans. The first few days of our trip the air conditioner really seemed to struggle to keep up with the heat outside and it felt stuffy/hot inside the home so it would have been nice if the fans worked. The bedroom that I stayed in, the sheets had large yellow stains on them so we had to find sheets from another bedroom to use and cover up with. All of the comforters had a “used” smell to them, like they hadn’t been washed after the previous person used them. The washing machine sounds like it is on its last leg, VERY loud and makes banging sounds during certain cycles. The pool and outside seating area was wonderful. The property manager is easy to work with and responds to emails quickly. At the guard gate when we first got there they said we hadn’t registered all guests even tho I had an email stating otherwise. Had to leave the line, call, get them added and go back through the long line.
