We were there a month with family coming out , on our arrival it really was not very clean , the pool pump was constantly not working so had to keep calling Paul to get it sorted sometime it took 2 or 3 days . The A C flooded carpet in garage took 3 days to get sorted, over all the place needs updating and deep cleaning . I know it is not expensive but all booking get changed a cleaning fee , so why is it not being cleaned properly
The house was nice but I dont feel it was cleaned before we arrived towels were not washed floors were dirty bathrooms were not cleaned and pool area was a mess. On the listing it said hot tub and turns out it was just a spa with bubbles not heated.

On arrival light in hall not working so trying to input code on alarm was difficult.10 guests and only 4 glasses. No highchair as requested. Raised with management company and additional 8 glasses highchair and plastic cups provided.Pool not heating up to temperature, no grid on pool flooring, area around pool very dirty and scum on the pool. Raised this with management company who cleaned pool area but did not deal with any of the other issues. Including light not working by the door.Coffee machine went bang and stopped working again raised with management team who replaced it after 2 days without one.Pool still not heating up error messages on pool heater. Management company sent pool guy around who treated the pool and fixed pool heater. Pool heater broke down again. Again contacted management company. Smoke alarm beeping in the night, kept waking us up. Messaged management company who came out while we were out. Could not hear beeping after staying 20 mins and left us a message to say he had left as he had other jobs to do. After again contacting management company very distressed as we didnât want another night broken sleep. He came back as we returned form our day out early. It was only after my husband had googled why it went off at night that we found out itâs due to the drop in temperature and batteries struggle. This was news to management company who said they had people call them about this before and didnât realise this. Battery changed in both .
We got in around 7 pm and immediately noticed the property was not clean. I started looking around and found there was pubic hair in all the bathrooms . Faeces in the toilets and behind the bathroom door. I messaged the owner and they were going to send the property manager. He came the next day. The property manager arranged for the cleaners to come back but they never came. Very disappointing, the I would have thought we would have got our cleaning fee back but no. The property could be beautiful but needs a fresh start.
Great house with space .I have a cleaning company in New Jersey ,this house for sure donât have cleaning people they donât cleaning nothing ,have dusting and the bathroom is very dirty.They have a pool but for winter time like January they donât work the heater in pool and the spa.Itâs a nice house with a great space ,,but they need to working on feel things .
Where do I start? 1) the vents were caked in dust (including the vents in the ceiling, light fixtures, and walls of the house) the filter looked like it hadnât been changed ever 2) mold in the showers and dishwasher 3) visible food on the tile, rugs, and baseboards 3) baseboards covered in food, dirt and grime 4) floors caked in dirt and grime 5) fridge had non functioning outlet and we had to plug into an outlet on the other side of the kitchen 6) fire alarms with no battery and hanging from ceiling 7) pool never reached promised temperatures even after 9 days 8) property manager said everything was due to the age of the house and the owners not putting money into proper care and cleaning 9) owners would only refund us for 500 when the pool heating was 380 and the cleaning fee was 150 that we spent our rest day cleaning to make the place safe for our small children and family. 10) the property manager promised to clean and fix the problems and didnât⊠and even left the house unlocked after he was âdoneâ and we were at the parks all day 11) had to use Vrbo customer service to get ahold of the owners after 4 days of no success (we tried handling these issues with the property manager first) 12) found an insulin needle cap on the floor 13) non functioning vacuum 14) visible dirty counters, appliances, drawers, dishes, and cabinets 15) my husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the place 4 years ago and were so disappointed bringing our family here to this mess.
A large group of us stayed here for a week for a girls trip. It fit all of us easily. There were a decent amount of kitchen appliances and we didnât feel squished.

Overall the house was fairly comfortable and a great place to end our busy days. A few things could have made it a better experience but weâd stay here again in the future. The hosts were very kind and responsive.
Warning to anyone who is considering this property! Where to begin??? The house was run down, none of the TV's worked, found roaches in the kitchen, food was left in the refrigerator from previous occupants, several lights did not work. We had to clean all the counters in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The shower door in one of the bathrooms came off the track. We contacted the manager to complain about all of these issues and nothing was done! Don't rent this place!!!!

Issue #2 is with Paul, the property management was disrespectful and disregarded
Issue #3 dust deposits every where the AC registers are and more
Issue #4 AC overflow line kept the temperature at 78 degree

The property was clean when we arrived. There were a couple of problems when we first arrived so we emailed Paul the property manager and he came first thing the next morning to address the problems. We were at the house for 3 weeks and the kids loved the pool. I would book this home again.
This is my first time staying at an Airbnb so I had no idea about the code to get in. They sent me an email with the code on it, but there was no code I contacted them through email a week before I never got response from them so when we got there, I tried calling, no answer he did call me back quickly and was very nice. Call his wife. His wife finally called me back and sent me the code an hour later we were able to get into the room. The house is very clean besides the pots and pans they were still dirty and the cabinet And there was 12 people and only 3 1/2 rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy more toilet paper with the pool by the time we left it was green No cable TV in the living room and the wires went unhooked for the DVD player I would stay at another air B&b but most likely I would not say at that one again.
Unfortunately we are very disappointed with our stay i have pictures taken of the things that we were disappointed with the main one is the pool filter not working making the pool very very dirty and cloudy and making the jacuzzi very very dark and dirty. Some of the other things the blinds broken in almost every room, the dryer not drying, the light in garage not working, the lights on one of the bedrooms not working, the tvs in all rooms turn on but have no cable! Its just a snowy screen!! The bath tub by the bathroom and 3 bedrooms was clogged and needed someone to come out to unclog! The worst thing the so called property manager doesnt know anything about the home and how to work it, was talking to me like i did not understand the issue which was very rude!! Then she came to check everything and said someone would be here in a little to fix the filter, the next day comes and nobody had came i had to call/email once again! Super unacceptable!!! I would never stay here again very upset i had to have my family from another state stay in your home!!!
Was not clean. Furnace filter was missing and cover was filthy. Ceiling was very dirty looking. We ran sweeper and got cleaning supplies as soon as we got there. After we cleaning everything it was great.

Die Sauberkeit im Ferienhaus lieĂ zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig und das hat nichts mit pingelig zu tun.
In der KĂŒche waren die FlĂ€chen nicht gewischt, der MĂŒlleimer nicht ausgeleert. Was aber noch am schlimmsten ist, der KĂŒhlschrank war drinnen nicht sauber, es befanden sich noch Essensreste drin.. diesen haben wir abends noch mit HygienetĂŒchern ausgewischt.
Alle drei Badezimmer waren nicht wirklich gereinigt. Die ToilettenbĂŒrste in dem einem Badezimmer hat wohl schon mehrere Jahre auf dem Buckel, sehr unhygienisch und es waren noch Reste von vielen Vorbesuchern dran.
In jedem Raum gab es Deckenventilatoren, diese haben wir besser nicht angemacht, da hier eine Staubschicht von 2 cm zuersehen war.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, allerdings ist hier auch das LĂŒftungsgitter ĂŒbersĂ€t mit Staub.
Die restliche allgemeine Sauberkeit war auch eher schlecht als recht.
Der Pool war sauber, allerdings viel zu kaltâŠhier hĂ€tte man die Heizung zu buchen mĂŒssen.
Die Terrasse ist fĂŒr 11 Personen zu klein.
WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. HandtĂŒcher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionierten auch.
Die Betten waren okay, aber auch hier sind es nicht die neusten und das ein oder andere knarrte und quietschte sehr.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man ist innerhalb von weniger Minuten zum einkaufen bei Walmart, Aldi usw. das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, freundliche Nachbarn, Spazierengehen ist möglich.

I chose this property mainly because of the excellent layout of this property and its neighborhood in terms of safety and convenience. Approx. 5 minutes drive to a 24-hour Walmart Superstore, Lowes Hardware Store, Bank of America, restaurant and quick access to US 27/interline 192. The house is located in the central part of Florida which only takes 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney Theme Parks/golf courses/Premium Outlets; 45 to 50 minutes to Orlando Airport and an hour drive to the Cruise Port. Delicious Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese Foods/Chinese Supermarket. Just an hour drive to Hard Rock Casino & Clear Water Beach in Tampa; 2-1/2 to 3 hours drive to West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach.
This fully furnished 5 bedrooms home has an excellent layout that gives a great flexibility for a big family, a big group of friends or a few small families to enjoy their vacation together so as to reduce cost. Other than 2 split ensuite bedrooms come with queen size beds, there are 3 other bedrooms each has two single beds and a full bathroom at the other side of the house. There are additional 2 single folding beds to accommodate 2 more guests (totally sleep up to 12 person). The open concept kitchen equips with 4 stainless steel appliances. The upgraded TV cable and free in-house high speed Wi-Fi, as well as the private beautiful outdoor heated pool/hot tub at the back of the house enhance the enjoyment of the vacationers during their stay in the house.
