Nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire vient d'être installé!

Cette villa est nouvelle sur le marché, étant entièrement rénovée en juin 2017. Des matériaux et des finitions haut de gamme ont été utilisés dans cette belle villa de 1 chambre en bord de mer. Doté d'un lit Queen, de 2 lits superposés et d'un canapé-lit Queen, il peut accueillir 6 personnes. L'appareil dispose d'un grand téléviseur LED dans le salon, d'un 2ème téléviseur dans la chambre, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et de tous les nouveaux meubles.

Breakers est situé directement en bord de mer juste en face de Coligny Plaza. Ce complexe comprend deux bars de plage de renommée mondiale, la Bar Bar Jim à côté de la gauche et la Tiki Hut à droite, ce qui en fait un endroit privilégié pour se détendre à la plage. Traversez la rue à des dizaines de magasins et de restaurants à Coligny Plaza, y compris Piggly Wiggly pour tous vos achats d'épicerie. Si vous cherchez un emplacement en bord de mer avec tous les meilleurs équipements à proximité, ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Pros: Great location close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store, quiet pool area, bikes included, lovely view of the ocean, close to the elevator, afternoon sun on the balconyCons: unit needs updating, LR furniture is dated, LR carpet is grubby, BR mattress soft and lumpy, bathroom tap has a slow leak and water pooled on the countertopIf some updating was done to the unit, we'd give it 5 stars.

Beautiful location

Great location to beach, grocery store, eating, and entertainment. It was walking distance to every thing you need. The place is idea for a couple or a family with two children.

Beachfront Condo

Breakers 331 had easy access to the grocery store, shopping and restaurants. View of beach and just a short walk to the beach. We will stay at Breakers again!

Enjoyed the trip

We stay in this property every year when we go down to HHI, and it was just as pleasant this year as always. The location is great and super convenient to most everything. We always enjoy our trip and this condo is perfect for us. We never have any trouble or issues.

Condo was accurate to the listing. Great location, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and most of all the beach.. Would definitely rent again.

Needs some new furniture. Sofa very uncomfortable. Wish some Breakers units had walk in shower rather than bath tub/shower. Much more suitable for seniors renting for the winter months but beautiful, convenient area. We will be back just into a more recently updated unit

Best trip

We had such a great time. The Breakers was very convenient and the location was key as we had 3 teenagers with us! The property we stayed in was well decorated and updated. The only suggestion we have is that the balcony furniture needs replacing. The security person on the premise was also nice to see. We plan to return to the Breakers again next year! It was perfec!

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Great location, everything in the unit worked as it should. Toilet seat lid was broken on one side and unit was not sparkling clean (but definitely not dirty). Only real concern that I did not ask to be addressed is that I think the door code is just reused from rental to rental (but this could be incorrect as I did not ask).

Awesome Condo for a Couple

Unit is great for a couple, no children. We used the hallway bunk beds to store suitcases, change of clothes between swim wear and casual wear, etc. This idea alone kept us better organized within the smaller unit and made the size a non-issue. If children involved, very economical if you don't mind a place on the smaller side. Minor improvements to make the place even better would be coat hooks in the hallway, towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. Bottom line is we would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is small and basic, but updated, clean and comfortable, perfect for me on my own. Location next to Coligny Park is awesome, just a 5 min walk to restaurants. Note: the bunk beds are really designed for kids, my adult guest of several days wasn’t very comfortable sleeping there, and he’s only 5’5”! A welcome addition would be a subscription to the golf channel, given it’s golf country. Overall, a wonderful stay.

What we didnt like was the TV setup. My wife is not as attracted to the beach as I am, she likes staying in the rook getting caught up on shows. TV in bedroom never worked, washer dryer leaked, need high chairs on the deck like other units to view ocean. Little small, but if these changes were made, we would consider since it's just us. Staff were nice and parking was simple. The place was clean.

Great location, needs updating

The best thing about the condo was the location...close to the beach and area restaurants. There is good storage in a relatively small space. While remodeled in 2017, the furniture and bedding seems old and outdated. The photos were a bit deceiving. The dishwasher did not work, however it was replaced quickly and we were impressed with how the property manager handled this. The WIFI code listed was incorrect and we had to call for one to use. The dumpster was overflowing with garbage from the day we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part; smaller bowls would have been appreciated. All in all, we felt like we were staying in our grandmother's condo at the beach.

Will definitely be returning

We were very happy with our stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. All instructions for check in and check out were very easily accessible. We didn’t have any issues. Our only suggestion for the property owner would be to replace the couch. It is starting to look worn. Everything else was fine and the main bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival we received our parking pass from the security guard at the property. He was very nice and helpful. The pool area was nicely kept. If you have a toddler or small child the 2 ft baby pool was fantastic. The bikes are at the property which is nice, but if you need a toddler seat you have to call the bike company and pay for them to deliver it. They are on the other side of the island so you may want to do this as soon as possible. Everything was so convenient to this property, we barely drove anywhere. There is just so much to do around us. We will definitely be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very dissatisfied with our rental. The unit needs a very good deep cleaning. We came in to the unit and there was a broom and dust pan filled with dirt collected prior to our arrival. There was a wet ( I presume used) washcloth hanging over the shower nozzle. The refrigerator had something caked on the front door. The floors were filthy, I would guess haven’t been mopped in a long time. The doors and wood work had mud/ grime built up on them. I spent the first couple hours of our stay just wiping things down, attempting to make it somewhat livable for the week. We immediately started washing bed sheets because by the looks of the unit, I feared they hadn’t been laundered. As I began this, the washer flooded. We called maintenance immediately and they couldn’t come until the next morning. Of course they didn’t come first thing as they said and my husband lost the first part of Sunday waiting on maintenance to arrive. This obviously has been an ongoing issue as the floor in front of the washer is depressed from water damage. It would be nice to know when booking that there is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and carrying groceries up those flights of stairs was not fun. We did like the location of the unit near Coligny.

Great beach location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice vacation at the Breakers. The room was ready at check in time and was clean, and the location was surprisingly quiet. The security guards were friendly and we didn't have any issues with parking. There is a nice shopping center in walking distance and the Piggly Wiggly has decent prices. The beach is a short walk and the property provides beach chairs which was a great bonus. We didn't get a chance to try out the bikes, unfortunately. The two bunk beds have decent mattresses, but they are narrow and may be too short if you are over 5'3". The couch could use a new pull-out mattress, but was ok for a night or two. The balcony needs new flooring and one of the lounge chairs was broken, it would have been nice to be able to spend more time on the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and our stay.
