Nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire vient d'être installé!

Cette villa est nouvelle sur le marché, étant entièrement rénovée en juin 2017. Des matériaux et des finitions haut de gamme ont été utilisés dans cette belle villa de 1 chambre en bord de mer. Doté d'un lit Queen, de 2 lits superposés et d'un canapé-lit Queen, il peut accueillir 6 personnes. L'appareil dispose d'un grand téléviseur LED dans le salon, d'un 2ème téléviseur dans la chambre, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et de tous les nouveaux meubles.

Breakers est situé directement en bord de mer juste en face de Coligny Plaza. Ce complexe comprend deux bars de plage de renommée mondiale, la Bar Bar Jim à côté de la gauche et la Tiki Hut à droite, ce qui en fait un endroit privilégié pour se détendre à la plage. Traversez la rue à des dizaines de magasins et de restaurants à Coligny Plaza, y compris Piggly Wiggly pour tous vos achats d'épicerie. Si vous cherchez un emplacement en bord de mer avec tous les meilleurs équipements à proximité, ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Steps away from the beach, clean, and well taken care of!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Breakers multiple times over the years. We love how close it is to the beach. You do not need to drive anywhere once you arrive. It has laundry in condo. No oven but does have a convection oven along with microwave and toaster oven. Two bikes come with unit!! Perfect for a couple. A small child or two could fit. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Pros: Great location close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store, quiet pool area, bikes included, lovely view of the ocean, close to the elevator, afternoon sun on the balconyCons: unit needs updating, LR furniture is dated, LR carpet is grubby, BR mattress soft and lumpy, bathroom tap has a slow leak and water pooled on the countertopIf some updating was done to the unit, we'd give it 5 stars.

Cozy Villa with Amazing View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this villa located within walking distance to the popular Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and a pool and Coligny beach. The washer and dryer and pool are small but it was acceptable for the price we paid. I booked last minute and mainly wanted a good view and location. The unit was a little worn down but it’s to be expected with a beachfront unit at this price. We loved biking on the island and so we appreciated the 2 free bikes that come with the rental. We had an issue with the patio door that was promptly fixed after contacting maintenance. The security guard was very friendly. I recommend this unit for a small family looking for an amazing ocean view and close proximity to shops and the beach. Wonderful memories were made.

Great location, needs updating

The best thing about the condo was the location...close to the beach and area restaurants. There is good storage in a relatively small space. While remodeled in 2017, the furniture and bedding seems old and outdated. The photos were a bit deceiving. The dishwasher did not work, however it was replaced quickly and we were impressed with how the property manager handled this. The WIFI code listed was incorrect and we had to call for one to use. The dumpster was overflowing with garbage from the day we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part; smaller bowls would have been appreciated. All in all, we felt like we were staying in our grandmother's condo at the beach.

The Breakers is the absolute best location. I loved being right across from Coligny. My vacation is not complete without a few trips to the Piggly Wiggly and I could walk out my door and be there in less than 5 mins on foot. . We also walked over and ate at Fish one night(which had delicious fried shrimp). Also did some shopping. The view was beautiful from the balcony of our condo and loved the included bikes. Pool Bar Jim's and The Tiki Hut are basically on either side of The Breakers which is awesome. The instructions for TVs and other details were all very easy to understand and helpful. The unit was mostlyclean with VERY clean bed linens and towels. The washing machine smelled bad and had black mold/mildew in it so that was kind of a bummer. The bathroom floor corners were kind of dirty but otherwise it was clean. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed except there were hardly any spoons to eat with and the ones there were there were rough on the edges like they had been in the garbage disposal a time or two, but there were tons of forks(kind of funny). The zero gravity chairs on the porch were very comfy but it was hard to see the view in them. I noticed some of the other condos had bar height chairs that seemed like maybe a better option. My bed was very comfortable and my son slept on the pull out sofa bed with no complaints. Overall I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was nice, fit all of our needs. Location was amazing in terms to beach proximity and closeness to the shops. Only complaint was that the sliding glass door to the balcony is not working properly. It took extreme force to open and close the door. And the boogey boards left in the unit were broken when we got there. Had we known, we would have brought our own from home.

This condo specifically was very clean and comfortable for our family. It was nice that it already came with beach chairs and a boogie board as well as it offering two bikes. It’s a perfect location for dining and shopping. Also a short walk to the grocery store. Over all I would recommend this condo and will definitely be back.

Great beach location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice vacation at the Breakers. The room was ready at check in time and was clean, and the location was surprisingly quiet. The security guards were friendly and we didn't have any issues with parking. There is a nice shopping center in walking distance and the Piggly Wiggly has decent prices. The beach is a short walk and the property provides beach chairs which was a great bonus. We didn't get a chance to try out the bikes, unfortunately. The two bunk beds have decent mattresses, but they are narrow and may be too short if you are over 5'3". The couch could use a new pull-out mattress, but was ok for a night or two. The balcony needs new flooring and one of the lounge chairs was broken, it would have been nice to be able to spend more time on the balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and our stay.

Needs some new furniture. Sofa very uncomfortable. Wish some Breakers units had walk in shower rather than bath tub/shower. Much more suitable for seniors renting for the winter months but beautiful, convenient area. We will be back just into a more recently updated unit

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Great location, everything in the unit worked as it should. Toilet seat lid was broken on one side and unit was not sparkling clean (but definitely not dirty). Only real concern that I did not ask to be addressed is that I think the door code is just reused from rental to rental (but this could be incorrect as I did not ask).

We stay in this property every year when we go down to HHI, and it was just as pleasant this year as always. The location is great and super convenient to most everything. We always enjoy our trip and this condo is perfect for us. We never have any trouble or issues.

Will definitely be returning

We were very happy with our stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. All instructions for check in and check out were very easily accessible. We didn’t have any issues. Our only suggestion for the property owner would be to replace the couch. It is starting to look worn. Everything else was fine and the main bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival we received our parking pass from the security guard at the property. He was very nice and helpful. The pool area was nicely kept. If you have a toddler or small child the 2 ft baby pool was fantastic. The bikes are at the property which is nice, but if you need a toddler seat you have to call the bike company and pay for them to deliver it. They are on the other side of the island so you may want to do this as soon as possible. Everything was so convenient to this property, we barely drove anywhere. There is just so much to do around us. We will definitely be staying here again.

Best trip

We had such a great time. The Breakers was very convenient and the location was key as we had 3 teenagers with us! The property we stayed in was well decorated and updated. The only suggestion we have is that the balcony furniture needs replacing. The security person on the premise was also nice to see. We plan to return to the Breakers again next year! It was perfec!
