Thoughtfully updated from top to bottom with new flooring, fresh paint, and modern appliances, this stylish retreat stands out for its comfort, functionality, and coastal sophistication.

Upon entering, the layout is designed to maximize space and privacy. The primary sleeping area features a comfortable Queen bed tucked behind charming barn doors, creating a serene place to unwind. Down the hallway, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a convenient stackable washer and dryer. The galley-style kitchen showcases sleek new countertops and flows effortlessly into the dining area and inviting living space, which is filled with natural light and furnished with a new Queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. Just off the living area, a second private sleeping space with an additional Queen bed offers flexibility for couples or small families.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy refreshing coastal breezes along with views of the sparkling pool and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Guests can take advantage of complimentary backpack beach chairs and adult bicycles, making it easy to enjoy days on the sand or explore the island’s scenic pathways. Prime location / Optimized space

Great location to walk to beach, park, restaurants, and shopping. No car necessary :) Unit also optimized its small space!! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children.

Great location...though small and noisy

The location could not be better and the place was very clean. The bikes were a nice addition and the price was good. The place is small for two adults and 2 teens, but we are pretty easy and made this work. There is no kitchen table, just a very small counter. Great to have umbrella and chairs. But the noise from above and the starwell all hours of the night for several nights was a bummer. The starwell is just on the other side of the wall were our headboard was. I don't think the overall building was designed well to have that much sound coming into a room from people just walking up and down stairs. That being said. We had a great stay. The views and proximity to the beach was on target!

Beware - Little things matter

We were woke up EVERY morning by a garbage truck emptying the dumpster on the property at about 7:00 am. Prior to that was someone blowing leaves. About 6:45. If you don’t mind that then this is the place for you because the location is excellent. It was nice to have two bedrooms but neither one had any place to unpack and store your stuff. Each had some sort of wardrobe but no shelves in them and no nightstand or dresser. One was half filled with paint supplies etc. Glad we had a first floor unit because there is NO elevator despite a very large sign that says so. However, due to that location when there were people above us it seemed they were always making noise walking around. We used the bikes supplied quite a bit and didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Internet was a challenge at first. Floor was really dirty. If owners expect this to be done at turnover they are not getting this service. Would I stay here again? Ok for 2 people and not many kids so we might but, we pd a not allowed to say per night after all the fees are tossed on so you may want to look further. *edited per guidelines.

I emailed the management company about it but never received a reply. The unit could have also been cleaned better. The floors were dirty.
