Il n'y a rien entre vous et l'océan bleu brillant. Placez-vous sur votre balcon et regardez les vagues, les dauphins et l'activité de la plage. Le son des vagues s'apaise en sirotant votre café du matin ou votre vin du soir.

309 Breakers est une unité front de mer. Vous bénéficiez d'une intimité supplémentaire et d'une lumière du soleil supplémentaire avec une fenêtre au lieu d'un voisin. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture juste en dessous et la laisser pour votre séjour car tout se trouve à distance de marche. Cela comprend plus de 50 boutiques, de nombreux restaurants excellents, une épicerie et plus encore. Si vous venez de bicyclette, deux Bicyclettes Adultes gratuites sont incluses dans votre location! Il y a des parcours de vélo et de marche en plein essor!

Le condo a été récemment rénové, y compris de nouveaux comptoirs, éviers (cuisine et baignoire) et la plupart des appareils électroménagers. Il a également une couche de peinture fraîche. La chambre comprend un lit queen, le couloir dispose de deux couchettes solides avec une balustrade, et le salon a un nouveau canapé-lit. C'est parfait pour les familles ou une escapade romantique. La chambre a un placard, un dressing et des crochets muraux pour vos affaires. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Il existe une bibliothèque de livres de plage «sableux» et une collection de DVD pour se détendre après une journée ensoleillée sur la plage.

Great view, noisy

The unit was as described and comfortable for our family. View was excellent but the public beach access next door had loud bumping music each night until midnight. Bikes were a good bonus, and the location made biking to meals, ships. Wey easy.

Quiet and accessible

We have a great view and we were close to many places within walking distance. There are some items that need to be replaced that are rusting, so a good refreshing is necessary.

Great Experience!

Location was great on 3rd floor and away from the pool area. Short walk to beach, nice beach chairs provided. Bikes were a big plus! paths all over the Island made it fun. Across the street was a small shopping center for groceries, and a few restaurants plus 'tourist' shopping. Convenience, clean and was nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo! Great time!

The smell of an illegal substance coming from #209 below the entire stay was a bit overwhelming. Even my 12 year old commented on it. There was one lounge chair on the deck missing (maybe update the picture). The deck railing was very loose- it looked like the wood has rotted away from the screw. The bed was extremely soft! The place is small. The location and pool were nice. The bike rentals were easy to locate and use as well.

The bedroom area is small and hard to fit a travel crib comfortably but we made it work. The door that separates the bed, bunks and bathroom is very thin so we didn't have as much flexibility to move around once our daughter went to bed. The noise coming from the Tiki Bar next door was so loud we could not sleep until the place closed at 11PM. It was so loud that we could make out every song and the bass was felt in the room. The elevator was not working but we weren't made aware of that until we arrived and the security guard told us. It was a pain to take our luggage up 4 flights of steps.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is exactly as I expected. Not high end or large, but a good value for oceanfront in a convenient location. I chose this specific condo because it was a top floor end unit. I understood that there was no elevator and had no problem with the stairs located beside the unit. There are also stairs on the pool side of the oceanfront condos= convenient to beach access/pool. As for the condo itself:The only bedroom is the entry room to the condo which must be walked through to access the remainder of the condo. Therefore, there is no privacy from others. Most renters will be a couple due to the size of the condo or have small children so this may not be a deal breaker. However, I was traveling with my two sons (13 and 15) who are too big for the petit bunk beds. They are super narrow and are great for small kids but not older ones - my boys are not big for their ages. Still, they are a good option for additional sleeping if needed and the size suits you. As for the quality of the decor and furnishings, it is obvious that the condo was once loved and was originally well thought out. Unfortunately, it has been awhile. The kitchen desperately needs to be restocked and thought out again. There is no oven. The convection on the microwave did not work and I had no way to prepare the food I'd brought during Covid stay at home restrictions. Perhaps a newer speed / convection oven would be the ticket without reconfiguring the space. The sink is the size of a bar sink- too small to wash a larger pot and is inconvenient. The toaster was absolutely nasty and needs replacement. The floors were dirty, upholstery needs cleaning, etc... Finally, there is no bedside table in the bedroom. I pulled a drawer out and used it which worked ok. But there are no bedside lights. Perhaps a shelf behind the bed with two wall lamps? In short, the condo could be a good fit for a couple or small family with better cleaning and some updates.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not clean upon arrival so we cleaned it ourselves. It was aparent that it had not been cleaned throughly in quite some time. The instructions say to call if cleaning is needed, but when on vacation who has time for that? There was other "hokey" items such as a power outlet half hanging out of the wall, and a bath mirror taped to a door. The unit is in desperate need of a remodel (not a paint over the shower solution, but down to the studs remodel). The balcony had 2 layers of carpet (one that started to blow off on our stay), and felt like it had soft spots in the wood. The pool was good, and access to the beach with gates was nice. The breakers location overall was good, with some dated observances including the walking deck had some rotted wood that broke through.

Wonderful family vacation

View from the balcony is gorgeous. There was some bad wind on our trip and we could easily see the beach warning flags from the balcony which was nice. Bedroom was the perfect size - we were able to set up our daughter's pack n play easily every night. Looking forward to rebooking!

These units are perfect for 2-3 people. Ours came fully equipped. The new elevators are a welcome addition to the building. The security guard, Josh is friendly and takes great pride in his work. The association continuously makes improvements to the property.

Beach front property centrally located

The two bikes included enabled us to explore local attractions using a huge network of bicycle paths. Daily walks on the beach featured dolphins and pelicans fishing the ocean.If you like a firm mattress beware that the bed was soft and uncomfortable. The elevator was out of service for several days. Walking to and from the third floor was a chore especially at check out.

Needs a DEEP CLEANING in 309

Location is great along with the ocean front view! Thankful for the new elevators to get to the third floor. The cons: Started with seeing dirty mop when we opened the door…then the black grout that was supposed to be beige, the baseboards filthy, furniture dirty, cabinet handles/fronts dirty! I took my own Clorox wipes and everything I cleaned was grossly filthy ! Some of the electrical reciprocals didn’t even work. Knobs missing on dresser drawers. No communication when I sent 2 messages on Hospitality App. Have numerous pictures to confirm all filth. The grounds have sadly been neglected too, mud/dirt on walkways, weeds overgrown and cement walkway falling apart. This could be an awesome condo unit, but needs some major updating and THOROUGHLY CLEANED!
