Le paradis vous attend dans ces deux étages, front de mer 5 chambres / 4 salles de bain complètes et 2 demi-salles de bain. située sur Landmark Bay, cette jolie maison a une vue magnifique sur l'eau pour regarder les dauphins jouer ou faire de la pêche à quai. Votre piscine privée est un excellent moyen de se détendre et de profiter du temps chaud de la Floride.

Vous êtes à quelques pas de l'accès à la plage publique Marriott où vous pourrez profiter du sable chaud et des magnifiques couchers de soleil de l'île de Marco. Vous êtes encore plus proche du Marco Walk Plaza où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants raffinés, un cinéma et des boutiques.

Cette maison comprend 5 chambres, 2 lits king-size, 2 lits queen-size et 2 lits jumeaux. La suite principale est nichée de la cuisine pour une sensation très privée, avec une grande porte coulissante en verre pour accéder à la véranda et à la piscine et une vue sur l'eau apaisante. Il est situé au premier étage où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin à quelques pas de l'eau. Les chambres restantes sont au deuxième étage avec le balcon extérieur où vous pourrez profiter de belles vues sur l'île. Quatre des cinq chambres ont une salle de bain attenante!

La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine, il y a aussi un gril extérieur. La véranda a de nombreux sièges pour profiter de vos repas avec la famille et les amis et des chaises longues pour profiter du soleil.

Family Marco

Great location and perfect house for the extended family with children and grandchildren. The pool was a must . Short walk to the beach and great for the July fourth fireworks.

Wonderful! 10/10

We had a large group of 9 adults. The house was perfect! It was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic-we spent many hours on the lanai sitting around the pool. The views were great and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this property and would visit again. It was a great vacation!

Everything we needed

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family! The pool area was lovely and the dock was great for my boys to go down and fish whenever they wanted. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood too. They had everything needed for the beach which was wonderful! Beach access wasn’t too far. About a 10 minute walk with kids and grandparents. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay!

We had a great time at this property in Marco Island. The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor pool was great. The location provides an easy walk to multiple restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. My favorite spot was the 2nd floor balcony - absolutely beautiful views! Would definitely visit again.

Great Location and View

The location, view and house layout were fantastic. Our stay was superb. The only reason I gave 3 stars rather than 5 is because I felt the home was dated, not run down but just very dated; example: shades, laminate floor, pool deck, garage.

Amazing vacation home

Beautiful vacation home with private dock. We had seven family members who all felt very comfortable. House was very clean. The garage is full of bicycles, beach, toys, umbrellas, beach, chairs, and pretty much everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. There is enough beach towels for a small army. The house was very clean. The pool was great for both adults and young children. The grill was very clean. Overall impression was very positive. We will be booking again here next year.

Great house

Great house in a nice neighborhood, close to everything! The teenagers and adults alike loved the pool. Thanks for the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed playing the games and doing a puzzle that were furnished.

We enjoyed our stay, easy water access. Nicely stocked kitchen. t

Beautiful home, 5 mins walk to the beach, dining and shopping. A little disappointed in the large cleaning fee when renter is responsible for empting all trash cans, cleaning all dishes, washing the towels and making sure the trash is at the end of the driveway at a certain time and put away 2 different days during our stay, otherwise you receive an additional charge.

Beautiful house, great location

Our family of 5 stayed and had a wonderful time! We used the heated pool daily and the temp was perfect! I enjoyed the shade of the pool deck and my daughter enjoyed the sun deck off her bedroom. My husband enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing. We even saw some dolphins playing in the canal in front of the house. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Definitely had enough room that we could have had more people. Each kid had a king a queen bed to themself and we did not use the bedroom with the two twin beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed.

Spring Break

This was a great house. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed there. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was awesome. We were able to walk or ride bikes to the beach, as well as to some of the dining on Marco Island. The view from the back of the house was great, especially at night. The dock was a great space for laying out in the sun, or just a good sitting area. We did have an issue with the refrigerator, but the management company had someone out the next day and had a new one delivered, so that is a testament to their customer service. We also did suggest that they update some of the beach umbrellas and bikes, but that wasn't a deal breaker that wouldn't stop us from renting this house again.

It was great. Plenty of room for 10 and we'll equiped.

We had a great week. A couple minor problems needed attention and they were taken care of Monday morn. Our only issue was garbage cans were full, which we did not report. We managed. Would definitely stay again. Oh, we saw dolphins from the lanai and caught fish from the dock.

Family time

There were a lot of pool toys. This made the swimers and pool players happy There were bikes but not in good shape. Manager offered repair. We all had a very good time. It was hard to find public access to beach. Once found beach effect good.

Fabulous House

The location of this property is perfect. 5-minute walk to the gorgeous beach and wonderful views across the waterways. We have just returned from our family holiday and loved it. Dolphins visited every day. The four double bedrooms were stunning all ensuite. the only disappointment was the twin room. Without a family bathroom, it meant my daughters had to use a downstairs toilet and use the showers in the ensuites. only a small point but did make it a little difficult. All in all though a fantastic house, fantastic location and fantastic holiday.

Not clean enough

Layout and ammenities are great. Neighborhood is great. 10 min walk to beach. Cleanliness was our dissatisfier. I can tell cleaning crew was there but it was a poor job - pool always has residue and debris even though we used the screen daily. Kids got in but adults didnt want to. - bathroom rugs were dirty and white towels dingy. We washed and bleached before using. - needs a dusting and scrubbing - showers need bleached and scrubbed. We wore flip flops in the shower

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house was everything that we expected. The pool was perfect size with numerous pool toys provided that our kids loved! The covered lanai was where we gathered for eating dinner each day when we didn't go out to eat. Even saw dolphins on two separate occasions! The house itself was very spacious and inviting. The small bedroom upstairs was perfect for two kids to have their own space. We spent a lot of time at the beach. It was a 10 minute walk. We had a baby among us and there was a beach play pen among the chairs, small umbrella and beach wagon provided. Also, numerous beach towels made life great. The location of the house is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we loved our vacation and have already booked this house again next year.

Great House!

Great house in a nice location. The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for the whole family and we liked the large open concept kitchen-living area. The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and dock every day. We caught many different kinds of fish from the dock, including sheepshead, grunt, catfish & mangrove snapper. Marco Golf and Garden is just up the street, we played mini golf three times while we were there. We enjoyed the food at Joey's Restaurant. Corey Billie's Air boat tours in Naples was a lot of fun! The kids enjoyed a banana boat ride from Marco Island Water Sports. It was nice of the owner to have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach games, noodles and bikes for use in the garage. We never spoke to the manager during our stay since we had no issues with the home.

Disappointed

The location of the property was perfect. The view was beautiful. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The rest was disappointing. The pool area was dangerous. The deck was extremely slippery when it got wet. The first day there i fell and thought I broke my arm. I complained to the management and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I was terrified for my grandkids the entire 2 weeks we stayed there. Not only was the deck slippery it was also filthy and the furniture was old and all mismatched. The bathroom off the pool deck was also dirty and full of pool toys. Management responded days later and basically told me they will look into new tiles for future guests but offered no solutions for us. They said I signed a waiver and took no responsibility for my injury even though it was a hazard. The garage was also filthy and full of sand and junk everywhere. I don't think anyone but the cleaners ever visited the property. The kitchen was OK but very dated. The cabinets were old, doors didn't close properly. The dishwasher moved everytime we used it. We had a great vacation together as a family. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants and activities but it was hard to contain the kids at the pool. They had all fallen... thankfully they didn't get hurt. Not sure I would recommend this house. I was so looking forward to the house and was truly disappointed for what I paid.
