Relaxing 4 Bedroom - Walk to South Beach

The property offers a great vacation. Decorated with beach theme, adding to your beach vacation get away. Can't beat waking up to see the beautiful sunrises. There are 4 bedrooms, each room has a king bed. Two bedrooms have TV's for your enjoyments as well. There is also a pull out coach with the memory foam bed top in the living room if needed. There are three bathrooms, one right off of the pool area.

Be sure to look at the view of Roberts Bay from the dock. If you are a boat lover, you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. After enjoying the hammock on the dock or the lounge chairs, jump into the pool to cool off. The pool is heated for your comfort.

Enjoy eating your meals outside under the fans, sitting pool side. If you want you can enjoy a BBQ on the Weber grill.

You are only a 1 mile walk from the South Beach access off of Winterberry. There are beach chairs for you to bring to the beach with you as well. You are also close to many restaurants, ice cream shop, movie theater and the mini putt at the intersection of Winterberry and Collier.

Warm days in Marco

The house is very nice and is well equipped for bike riding, going to the beach and enjoying a nice pool. Great location on Marco with close access to beaches and Goodland.

Wonderful home with a great pool and patio.

Three couples went to the house in early May and had a great time. Everything you need for a great stay is available. The beach is about a 20 minute walk as is some of the better restaurants on the island. The pool is a good size covered by a lanai and patio area with chairs and loungers. Home is located in a very nice neighborhood and during our visit the area was very quiet. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Hope to go back in the future.

Getting out of the cold

We have been visiting Marco Island for the past 8 years. This home was the one of the best homes we have stayed in. The physical set up of the house is outstanding with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it worked out perfectly for our group. You are never far from anywhere on Marco but this was a nice quiet street with a great dock and pool area. Hosts were available as we neede them.

Amazing House and Great Location

We enjoyed our weekend retreat so much. The house was amazing, super clean and very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy a family vacation. The neighborhood is super quiet and most importantly a short walking distance from the beach, less than a mile. Michele the owner is super nice and always available. She helped me with the Internet connection and also if I had any questions she always responded to my texts. If you want to have a great vacation this is the right property. Hopefully we will return soon

Marco Getaway

We had such a great week here! House is so spacious and clean and they have everything you need. We had dolphins visit us at the dock and caught some fun fish. We spent most of our time outdoors at the pool and lanai and the pool was so warm! Bikes were an added bonus to toodle around Marco. Great location - close to beach, restaurants and groceries. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and residents were so friendly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

"2025 Marco Island Vac"

We loved the house! When we arrived the pool needed to be cleaned..we arrived on a Tuesday, we reached out to the owner - she had the pool company out within a hour & he was there every day he had that pool sparkling! The neighborhood was Grand! We had 2 BIG rainstorms in the evening ,what a great view from the living room & bedroom off the waterway. I love to cook for my family (they are celiac) the kitchen was great to cook in. We also played one of the many games that were available."Marconolpy" It was was a blast ( we also saw the game available at "Sweet Annie's Ice cream " ) they have the best ice cream!We also went to the Bargain Basket daily - I went home with a new wardrobe ( cheap & new to me) Went to Publix daily ( I Publix)..went to the beach in the Am & in the pool at different times of the day. Watched a couple of movies. We even went out on 2 different bike rides. Got a pizza from Joes Pizza ( I am not Celiac) I purposely did not eat pizza for a month prior, best pizza! We also visited Donuts and Popcorn , Great popcorn! We had the best time this year ! Our host was so easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this home as our next vacation!

Another perfect stay in Marco

We’ve been coming to Marco since the 80s
started when I was a kid and now coming with our kids. Although the island has changed this beautiful home made us feel like home. The dock is great for morning coffee and catching some rays. Terrific views of the stars at night. Perfect location! And the layout of the home is great!

Marco Island Vacation Home

The house sits in a beautiful neighborhood in Marco Island on the waterway. House was extremely clean and well furnished including bikes for riding around to see the beach and the other stunning surrounding houses. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock and just relaxing in the sun. Highly recommended for any one looking to stay in the area. Thank you for an awesome vacation stay!

We were very happy with the beautiful house. Each person had their own bedrooms. House was light and clean. Location was perfect!!! We enjoyed the pool and the view. Great rental!!!!
