3 chambres, 2 salles de bains sur le magnifique lac Annabessacook, Monmouth, Maine avec 100 pieds de façade argileuse peu profonde. Le premier étage comprend 1 chambre et un grand salon avec salle à manger et cuisine. Le salon s'ouvre sur un grand pont avec grill et avec des sièges supplémentaires donnant sur le lac. Le deuxième étage est un grand loft avec 2 chambres et un bain. De beaux auvers de soleil et des après-midi relaxants, la basse mordit.

Monmouth

The house was just as advertised. Had all we needed. The outside space was a challenge as we had a two year old with us and not having access to the water from the deck seemed odd. Also, the neighbors moved their jet skis from where they were originally moored. They brought them up on the sand. We were unsure where the allocated swimming area was.

Family Vacation

Great communication with the owner, Kathi (friendly). Nice view of the lake from the deck. Lake is clean. House is clean and spacious, had everything we needed. The backyard was all sand/dirt, but maybe that was a good thing and reduced the mosquitos! Thank you for sharing your home.

The house was great for our family. Clean and spacious enough. The yard was not really useable and was sad there was no ladder on the dock to be able to enter and exit the water from the dock. We would have entered by the water front but the water was quite weedy there. Thank you for letting us stay we enjoyed the view.

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing stay. House is beautiful and spacious has all the comforts of home. We swam kayaked and enjoyed the dock. Looks like they are still working on the yard but who cares when the view is gorgeous. Also a short drive to winthrop and augusta

Family fishing trip!

We had a great time. Plenty of room for the five of us especially with teenagers! The home is well equipped, the dock was perfect for the boat and swimming in the afternoon was relaxing. The owners do use the home but accommodated our stay in between their time, thanks!

Comfy and quiet

The host, Kathi was great to work with. She got right back to me. The property overlooks the lake and had a dock. The neighbor is close, but very nice. The kitchen had everything we need to prep the food we brought. All in all, a great property.

Perfect spot for work or play!

Myself and two coworkers chose this home to stay during a week-long work trip in the area. It was so much more enjoyable than a hotel and gave us the opportunity to get together "after work" much easier, and have a great space on the deck, on the dock, or around the fire to catch up on the day. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing Vacation

Had a great week (Sun - Fri) at this lake house, with good bass fishing. House was clean and great floor plan. No Central AC was a concern when it was 92 on arrival, but the bedrooms each had a portable AC unit which worked very well! Large ceiling fans really helped in living area as well. Back yard is quite wet and mostly dirt but owners are working in this, and it was overcomable if you sat on dock. Owner was very accommodating and responded right away throughout process and the week. Kathi is fantastic! And neighbors are great too! Very helpful & friendly . Definitely would stay again. Thanks for quiet relaxing week.

Wonderful Peaceful Lake Retreat

Wonderful and quiet time spent at this property. We listened to the loons call at night. The lake was warm and fun to swim in. We found the house suited us for when we had to work remotely. Homey touches made it the perfect summer stay.

Great for family

All the amenities of home with a gorgeous view. Plenty of space, clean and well kept but not so fancy I was worried about my kids touching things. The yard was wet. But who cares when you can swim non stop. Great for kayaking my mom paddled out and walked trails on the Island. We saw a bald eagle, heron, turtles, and heard loons. And a15 min drive to the grocery store. It was just right

A Great Find for the Lakes Region

Beautiful spacious home. Great open concept kitchen and living area. Nice deck for grilling and listening to the loons on the lake. The place is tucked in an area of wonderful farm country and more lakes and waters then you could fish and boat in a whole season.

Perfect vacation getaway

Beautiful home in a very nice location. Very comfortable. Well stored with everything you could need for a week. The beds were very comfortable. A lovely dock for fishing. Small sandy area for a little one to play in the dirt. Loons. Eagles, Herons, and plenty of fish. The swimming was great. Rented a boat and enjoyed navigating the lake. Visited the island. It was a very nice rental.

Great waterfront home.

Kathi’s home is very well designed for adults to enjoy both inside and lakeside. 2 full bedrooms plus bath up (plus tv loft) and full bedroom and bath down were great for our 4 family members . Well appointed kitchen and beautiful living room round out the package. The deck overlooking the lake is a great space plus the backyard access to the water and the fire pit are Wonderful. Seclusion, water and loons. That’s what Maine is all about.
