Booked this property for a girls trip and this property was stunning! Wish we wouldâve booked for more days! Ample space for everyone, views were amazing, and the house was gorgeous! Already considering booking again next year!
Beautiful newly renovated spacious property. The views off the back deck were lovely. The house was fully stocked and the owners were very responsive. We stayed for the Bates graduation weekend and it was very accessible to the campus. We would highly recommend this property!
We had an amazing stay at Camp Lintonia. The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the lake. House had everything we needed for a fun filled week. Would definitely recommend staying here.
This place was perfect for three small family groups to stay together under one roof. We met for a wedding at a nearby venue and we were able to have some great quiet time with each other on the porch by the lake before and after the event. Rooms were all clean and ready. The only location downside was that being right by the road on the curve made us a little nervous getting in and out (especially with kids near the road), but we didnât have any issues. The kayaking was memorable, and the water was great for a swim - even in June!
We wanted to get away with our adult kids for a quick trip, always trying to connect with crazy schedules. We also wanted to be able to bring our jet skis to have some fun- easy docking and great swimming area. The property was amazing. So. Well. Done! The space for everyone to spread out, and just be relaxed in beauty and comfort was amazing. Waking up to the lake views with coffee or mimosas- paradise. Our hosts were 100% responsive and so so pleasant. This short weekend will be a weekly annual tradition for our family. We loved the entire experience.
We LOVED our stay at Camp Lintonia! We canât say enough about our time there. We were in the area to visit with family and this was definitely the right choice for where to stay. The house is absolutely wonderful! Jenn and Brian did a wonderful job with the renovation â the house is cozy, welcoming and, nicely done with a great layout and plenty of space. The lake views are incredible! We relaxed, played games, kayaked, enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, grilled out and enjoyed the patio, watched movies in the evening, and just enjoyed our time there. Jenn and Brian were also super responsive to any questions we had. We couldnât have asked for more and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend a stay at Camp Lintonia!
We came up for a wedding and probably never would have found this place otherwise, but weâre so glad we did! Beautiful home right on the water, and really seems like the hosts thought of everything one might want/need. We fished from the dock (caught one bass!), enjoyed taking in the views from the screened in deck, and got cozy by the fire on the huge, comfortable couch. Would definitely book again.
The property was purchased in 1948 by the Linton family and opened in 1950 as Lintonia Camps and Cottages. The original property included the land across the road, down Lintonia Drive. This is were the original cottages were located. Most of them have been replace with new homes but you can see some of the original cottages still on the property. The property was sold in 1974 and has changed hands a few times since then. There have been stores, restaurants, ice creams shops and all three at once in this amazing building. In September of 2023, the property was sold again, this time to the great granddaughter of the Lintonâs and her husband. Once again the building that once housed the business office of Camp Lintonia Camps and Cottages was back in the Linton family. After months of renovations, the building is available for rent so families can still enjoy the beauty of Tacoma Lakes.
