The cabin was in a good location. The day we arrived it was in the 90's, we could not sleep the first night it was so hot. The office had someone get the AC running by the end of the 2nd day. The cabin was not clean, the deck and grill was worse. We had dead and alive bugs with us the entire time. 2nd floor sink was unusable until the end of the 2nd day. It was the worst experience in the area we have had over the years.
This was a great property to stay at, walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! Easy checkin process, adequately clean, amenities and kind staff to chat with. 10/10 would recommend.
Quiet area with two other cabins by, yet private. Cute neighborhood, and flat drive. Great outdoor area and the best porch! The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of towels. Place was clean and the rental cabin customer service was perfect. 15 min walk to downtown yet drive wise, 5 min to downtown strip. Great location to enjoy !
Wanted a place to stay within walking distance of downtown where we could take our little dog with us. This cabin had what we needed and our little furry friend felt comfortable. It was clean, the check in process was easy and we enjoyed its location.
We did not have a good stay hottub didnt get hot tv upstairs didnt work some outlets didnt work shower upstairs had no pressure it had spider webs in it not clean at all very disappointing
Cabin was pretty clean, and location was convienent, however would have been nice to have a washer and dryer also tv in den seemed to be going out as only one side of screen lit up, also very little to was supplied.
Items missing that should have been noticed ie broken coffee pot , no propane in tank for bbq, broken toaster and tv screen very dark should be replaced
Cabin was great overall.
It was a bit difficult to find in the dark, as this unit did not have its numbers posted by the road. The sign on the cabin itself was clear and well posted and would have been easy to find during the day.
When we arrived, there was no hot water. Being late on a Friday night, it took a while to get a response and I ended up finding the water heaters in the crawlspace and restarting the pilot light myself.
Once that issue was resolved, everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already considering another stay in the same unit.

I loved the location; it was very close to the town and attractions. It is also pet friendly, which I loved because I was able to take my two small dogs with me. It is easy to get to. Customer service was excellent and I was impressed with the way they stay in communication with us. The only thing I have to say is that there are some fixing that need to be done, for example, the fan upstairs made too much noise and the carpets in the bedrooms were not clean. Otherwise, I had a very relaxing stay and I'm looking forward to come again sometime soon.

We have rented many cabins in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but have never experienced so much red tape to get a cabin. Not only had to fax copy of drivers license and credit card but also show in person upon arrival. Also fax and email rental agreement. Will not do business with Aunt Bugs again.
The cabin was great including the Pac-Man machine.
Unfortunately, check in was very different for us including not getting the address of the property until we actually could check in. Our cabin was not cleaned when we arrived. The management company took care of it.
I had booked for 5 adults, I also was told that the kitchen had pots and pans. On arrival there was 1 saucepan, 12 forks bit no placecsettings fir even a family of 2z. The management company brought us a set of pots and pans and new silverware while there on Day 2.
The plates are all chipped and there is not seating for 5 adults.
We enjoyed our time and especially loved playing Pac-Man.
The cabin itâs self is nice, the carpet is completely worn out with pieces missing and appears to be very dirty. There were cob webs in all corners and the ceiling was was very dirty. The hot tub was very low on water and could not be used. The sofa is worn and dirty and the living room tv is about shot. I called the property to get some things addressed and had to leave a voice mail. I also text and emailed with no reply. To this day I have not received a call back. I will not recommend this business (Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals) to anyone and I will never use again.

from the pictures it looked very nice and way from everyone, comes to find out that it was very close to other cabins and shared parking with 2 other cabins which caused parking to be an issue. Also, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, cobwebs everywhere and not very clean. It was a pet friendly cabin and the carpets were stained from prior pets. was not very insulated. If you were downstairs you could hear every move on the top floor and it sounded as if the floor would come crashing down any min. Will definitely be looking to stay somewhere else next visit.
We did not have any hot water. The solution was either stay, get a full refund, or move entirely out of the area to another rental. With it being a very busy weekend there was no other rental we could have found. The refund would not have been done in time to even rent another unit if there was one available. The other rental option was not even in Gatlinburg. The property owner would not budge on the price, making us pay full price when we did not have hot water. I was told I would get a coupon for a free night stay from Aunt Bug's Rental but I have not. Even if I were to get it, they don't even do 1 night stay minimum. The gentleman I spoke to told me it was ok to go without bathing. Seriously not professional at all.

My daughter just graduated from college and my son is in third year at West others are in High School and Jr. High. I have used Aunt Bugs 4 times in last 12 years. This was our last family vacation and let me just say Dissapointment. No washer or dryer for 6. 6 towels for 5 days.Carpet stains.Tub leaked.Hot tub leaked. Trah piled high. Do not stay here. Staff no help.toilet back answer to emergency line. About mile from trolly stop.2 more houses on property. Guest tthere reported same ecperince. Too Bad. Was told to use refund no apologies. Whole family Dissapointment. Managment did not care.
The cabin was in a good, easily accessible location. Cabin was very dusty. Immediately upon arriving, noticed a whet appeared spilled milkshake/ice cream on walkway at steps. Carpet in master bedroom very worn with multiple rips. Back door handle was about to fall offâŠcalled property manager who came out and âfixedâ. Hot tub not clean with hair in it. No posted instructions on hot tub usage (temperature, instructions for use) or hoe to turn on arcade game. I called 2 days prior to arrival to confirm sheets, towels, coffee maker, etc.. Was told I only needed to bring towel for hot tub usage. There were 5 people listed to stay on rental agreement. There were only 6 wash cloths/towels in house for 4 nights/5 days. I called property manager about how to get more washcloths (staying 4 nights). Was told we would have to drive to property management office (IN PIGEON FORGE) each day to exchange out washcloths for more! Craziest thing I had ever heard ofâŠwent out and just bought my own instead of driving from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge EACH day to get more! Cabin could definitely use a good âspring cleaningâ. Will not use cabin in future trips.
Located in a convenient spot to get places quickly. The pictures listed were not what it looked like upon arrival. Renovations mustâve happened recently as it was very dirty inside along with debris in the front yard. There were things in the house that were broken like the closet door in the master and over half of the utensils as well as a majority of the outlets not working. The internet also did not work the whole 4 day stay and we only had hot water 2 days of the stay. Outside of those things everything else was fine
We did the in person check in. I did not feel comfortable with the request to text photos of documents. The lady at check in was very helpful and have us great tips for our stay and some goodies for the kids.
Never received email with address or door code. Wi-fi did not work, no info on how to work arcade, tvs, hot tub jets only half worked, very old carpet, flooring throughout, plumbing system needs upgraded, blankets smelled mildewed, NO washer or dryer, no guidelines for checkout besides a text stating to check out, just not the experience we were used to having while visiting Gatlinburg, will not rent this cabin again.
