Great little spot

It’s a quaint older cabin. Easy check in - property management company communicated really well. Friendly and helpful. Location is great.

Just What We Needed!!!

Second time staying at this cabin...IT IS PERFECT!! Love the location, the screen porch and creek. Its just a beautiful, peaceful, fun getaway. We will be back next year!!!

we enjoyed listening to the river, and the quaintness of the cabin. we tried to extended our checkout time to a little later, and were told it wasn't possible.

Great time by the River

Our family enjoyed the stay. Bears literally in the backyard. There was a import car meet in town, could hear in the cabin from the main road.

Great little place

Just the right size for 4 adults. Loved listening to the river and spending time in the hot tub. Was able to walk to the pizza place less than half a mile and it was excellent! It is a pretty steep bank down to the riverto the fiver

First vacation without kids!

We had a good time. The rain and flooding slowed us down a bit so we spent more time at the cabin then we planned on doing but still had a relaxing, fun time.

Weekend away from adulting

Weekend get away with a few friends that have not been to Gatlinburg. Our cabin was cozy and warm. Love the flow of the creek. Weekend was not to busy in town like usual. Looking forward to staying with Aung Bugs company again.

Amazing Place

This cabin was a great place to stay! Right on the river! Beautiful back porch to sit on and watch and listen to the river and wildlife! Very close, walking distance possible to Gatlinburg shops and downtown. We loved it!

Convenient Tranquility

Each morning began with a quiet cup of coffee by the stream, followed by a short walk into downtown Gatlinburg. This cabin really does have the best of both worlds!

Perfect cabin

I can’t say enough about this cabin. It was in a perfect location close to downtown but yet you felt like you were out by yourself. Quiet, cozy and convenient to so many activities. We so much enjoyed the creek behind the cabin and watching all the wildlife. The screened porch was Hugh and perfect for dinners.the inside had everything needed plus some. Cozy beds, comfortable furniture and plenty of room. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood was great for walks and exploring downtown. I would definitely rent again. Price was awesome compared to all you get. Everyone should have this place on your bucket list. Outstanding!

Peaceful

Cute historical cabin built originally in the 1800s was transferred to this location next to the river. The kitchen windows and screened in porch were excellent places to watch or sit and listen to the relaxing noise. Loved the location.

Riverside Charm!

Cozy cabin with so much character nicely situated by the river. We enjoyed the serenity of the screened back porch most of all, where we found ourselves most of the time during our stay. This was the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in while visiting Gatlinburg over the past 17 years as a family! Great location to use the local trolley system to travel to downtown Gatlinburg. There is a trolley stop roughly a 1/4 mile from the cabin that would be easy to access, however we chose to drive to the Welcome Center just a couple miles up the road to park and ride from there to eliminate some walking on the chance we made larger purchases while in Gatlinburg. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again 10/10!

Beautiful Rambling water view

Picture decieving! Bushes desperately need trimmed! Porch light blares! Either install a new screen on front or remove old hinges! There is a beautiful tree view out front plus would add a breeze! Immediate smell when entering! Furniture is just plain wore out except couch! Rug smells and is very dirty and dingy! Lighting is old and yellow! Water stain patches in ceiling very unappealing! Bathrooms need exhaust fans as well as cleaned up caulking, etc. Bedrooms are nice sized! Sheets were scratchy and stiff not sure but smelled like bleach. Bed spread is very dingy! Blanket was gross barely covers the king size bed u litterally have to sleep in the middle to stay covered and I am little so is my other half. The back patio is nice to look at the beautiful water. Get rid of the nasty sticky plastic table cloth with a hole in it! Also why is there a empty log holder back there taking up extra room? There is one outside! Rocking chairs are nice.

Nice getaway

This cabin is just outside of downtown Gatlinburg. We were right on a river with no hotel ahead of us, so it felt secluded and peaceful. Cabin was in great condition, working hot tub, and cool ac.

July '23 Stay

The cabin is as advertised, very nice, and an amazing location. However, the property check-in process is long and invasive. Additionally, the property manager refused to give me the cabin address until around 11AM the day of check-in. The cabin was clean but needed more towels - there were only 2 "beach" towels, but the hot tub is a 4 person. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Rustic Cabin

The cabin is located near downtown Gatlinburg, very convenient. The water that runs behind the cabin was beautiful to look at and listen too from the back porch however it was risky trying to access as the embankment was very very steep (the rock stairs were steep as well) and the water was swift. Not feasible to take my 5-year old grandson down to the water but several people fished from the embankment. We ended up going to another location to swim and skip rocks. Overall the cabin was very clean, easy check-in, great location and we had a great time while on vacation.

Flawed

Nice clean cabin. Neighbors were doing maintenance making impossible to sit outside. Was loud sitting inside, so much for a relaxing retreat. 3 solid days! Would you want to pay 1500$ to stay inside be awoke at 7 am, not able to sit outside, unable to walk dog in grass?

Nice

The cabin is nice. The river view itself is great. But there are old buildings on the opposite side. It’s unfortunate that they don’t let you use the fireplace in April. It would have been nice to have that option since it was a bit cold during our stay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. I would go back.
