The main floor living room boasts a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable leather seating, games and a large flatscreen TV. The lower living area is perfect for entertainment, complete with a second flatscreen TV and a plush sectional. Enjoy cooking in the large, modern kitchen with a stunning kitchen island that seats 3, plus ample prep space for family meals. Fully equipped kitchen including drip coffee maker and toaster oven. Outdoor grill is located on the main deck just off the dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 8 for shared meals and memories. Step out onto the south-facing deck and soak in the sunshine while enjoying views of Lake Dillon. Easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops from Jan-March which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Less than a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, City Market, REI, coffee, ski/board rentals, shops, bowling and the Silverthorne Outlets.
An easy drive or walk/bike on the rec path to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts or Friday Farmers Market from June through September. The rec/bike path has over 55 miles of paved path.
