Tate's Ski Haven est un grand et confortable 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain en duplex. 8 personnes facilement. Spa privatif intérieur. Incroyable vue sur la montagne et le lac et un grand pont orienté sud avec barbecue à gaz. Plus de 2700 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Garage 2 voitures. Décor de montagne et sud-ouest. Grande cuisine peut facilement accueillir un équipage. Écran plat, foyer au bois et coupe dans le salon. WiFi gratuit et câble. Sièges de table à manger 8. Sièges du bar de la cuisine 4. En bas, la chambre principale a un lit king, une salle de bain privée, un écran plat et une porte donnant sur le patio et la cour. Suite d'hôtes a roi et salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et la télévision, la troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et la télévision. Chaque fenêtre a une vue sur la montagne. Le club est juste autour du coin avec piscine chauffée, bain à remous et zone de conversation. It was stocked well with everything that we needed for cooking and sleeping, and when there was a small issue with the hot tub it was dealt with quickly which was much appreciated. Great central location to allow for access to many recreational activities!

Great Location

My friends and family come to Dillon every year for a Pond Hockey tournament and we've stayed in several locations. By far, this has been the best place we've stayed at. Everyone who was at the rental really want to come back next year.

We have been coming to keystone for years and needed a larger space for everyone. We loved the layout so everyone had their own area for sleeping with a bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The upstairs landing area was great for all our equipment after skiing. The hot tub was great but the service guy put a little too much chlorine in, but we were happy to know it was getting regular service. We will definitely stay again.

Kitchen amenities are a little sparse (like no napkins, tissues, placemats) but adequate.

Great location for Ski Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 8 of us enjoyed a great ski vacation at this Dillon, CO home. It was a good house for our group that needed lots of individual sleeping spaces. The house is multi level so be prepared for lots of steps. Sleeping spaces were pretty private. We were able to get to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek all within 45 minutes.

Happy enough to come back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My women's group has stayed in this property probably 15 times over 35 years, so we like it enough to come back. There are a few items that would be nice to have-- paper napkins, placemats, actual glassware like real wine glasses and cocktail glasses, nicer dishware. The remodel has helped the house a lot.

The place was clean with a nice updated kitchen, however the rest of the rooms could really use some updating. The grill was in tough shape and shortbox 4 door pick up would not fit in the garage. Also, it had 5 or 6 levels but was nice for family to spread out after long days together.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved staying at Tates. It had a great configuration of room/sleeping arrangements for our 3 generations, ages 16-70. Staff was great and Mike very helpful when I had some questions upon check-in. My only word of caution is to be prepared for a LOT of steps, since almost every room is on a different level. It was in a convenient location, although I think it would be difficult to find after dark as outdoor lighting was limited.

Great Location; Lots of Stairs

A father/daughter group took our first trip to CO for some skiing. This house had an excellent location to explore both Keystone and Breck. The layout of the house worked well for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and we were able to do what we needed to do. The huge plus is the private hot tub with great views of the mountains. No trekking in the snow or ice to get your warm dip. The one nit is that everything is on a different level. From the entrance it is down to the living room, from the living room it is down to the kitchen, from the kitchen it is down to the bedrooms. For us sea level dwellers it could be quite an effort to go up from the bedroom to the living room. Putting that aside, though, we would certainly rent this place again if we make it out to CO again. Loved the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located to skiing and restaurants. While the house had ample room and was well stocked, it should be noted that it is on 6 levels so the stairs could be a problem for some guests. Also, the loft is right off the garage so not ideal as an extra sleeping space because all the shoes, ski boots and coats are left there. With regards to cleaning, the bathrooms could have used some deep cleaning. There appeared to be something like construction dust on the countertops and bathtubs.

Our family loved the location of this property. Check in was easy but you have to stop at the office to pick up your code etc which could easily be emailed eliminating a stop after a long day of travel. The kitchen and half bath were remolded but the rest of the house could use an update and the loft is basically just a mud room to store your ski apparel and is not really usable as extra space. The main issue is all of the stairs. This house has like 6 levels which means lots of STAIRS. The listing does not really indicate the amount of stairs in the home. The home was plenty big enough for our family of 8 but lord the steps. If you left something in the master on the bottom floor you needed oxygen by the time you got back up to the garage level on the top floor. The indoor hot tub was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not consider again due to the number of steps. The Pate's Dec 2022

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes - check in and out is at our office. The owner of the unit prefers her code to be kept that way, as well as the garage door opener to be kept at our office. There are a lot of stairs in this unit, and all are in the photos of the unit, as well as the tour!

Needs attention

This property served the purpose we needed, a place for four adults and one infant to stay during this pandemic. The property is very outdated as far as furnishings, design, etc. For us that was ok as it probably helped it be affordable. The inside was clean and comfortable. However the outside needs major attention. The property had three decks and all needed major attention. The paint was flaking off, nail heads were popping up, and the wood was very rough. You do not want to be barefoot on these decks or you will end up with slivers in your feet. The bottom ground level deck was the only one with shade, but it was so dirty it was not usable. It hadn’t been swept in a long time. The provided barbecue was also filthy and had not been scrapped cleaned in a long time. Upon heating up it was apparent the grills were deteriorating under all the grime. So much so the bottom rack was unusable. Finally the garage was full of sand and had not been swept for ages. To sum it up the inside was comfortable but old. The exterior was terrible.

This is one of our Budget units that is dated as far as decor -- so we offer it at a lower price for its size and location. However, we are committed to an increased level of cleanliness during COVID and during a very busy summer season. We immediately cleaned the garage and patio and made sure our inspectors know that those areas must be checked as thoroughly as the interior. Your review is very helpful to the property owner and has helped them understand the property's needs. At this time we are working on replacing the grill and working on a schedule for deck sanding and repair. Thanks again for taking the time to let us know about the property's issues.

We are disappointed by this review, as you were nice to work with. We communicated what was going on with you, and while losing the ability to use a private hot tub was upsetting, you still had access to the HOA clubhouse, which had a hot tub and pool.
