Prime location in south Manhattan Beach's sand section. This house has it all! Walk 2 blocks to the beach in the flatter part of Manhattan Beach and/or 4-5 blocks to downtown Manhattan Beach where you'll find everything from casual restaurants to fine dining w/ views, bars, shopping, smoothie shops, the library, grocery store, banks, wood chip running trail, the beloved "Strand" where you can bike, run or walk along the beach, the pier complete with aquarium for kids and fishing. We never use our car on the weekends here. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Recent full remodel this home includes 3 bedrooms all en suite, 5 balconies, a small backyard with turf, outdoor shower and very rare ability to park 6 cars. The home has high end finishes like unlacquered brass, marble, Taj Mahal quartzite, custom cabinetry and limestone and real hardwood throughout combined with Miele built in coffee maker and Viking appliances. Designed by Tiffany Lauer Interiors no detail was left unturned.
