We thoroughly enjoyed our third stay at the beautiful beach cottage. Proximity to town, restaurants and beach are best attributes, but we also love the well-stocked kitchen and beautiful views. Parking in the attached garage is a rare and necessary amenity in Manhattan Beach. Communications with the hosts were productive and timely. We've already booked our next trip.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at this lovely holiday cottage as a family of four visiting the area for the first time from the UK. The location is hard to beat, just a two minute walk to the beach and only a short stroll into downtown Manhattan Beach, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxing and exploring the area.The host was outstanding throughout our stay, providing excellent communication, being incredibly thorough, and ensuring that all of our needs were taken care of. From the smooth and hassle free check in process to the attention to detail during our visit, everything was handled perfectly.Having access to the garage for secure off street parking was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient, especially in such a popular beach location.The cottage was the ideal base for our family holiday, and we felt comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. We made some wonderful memories here and genuinely can't wait to stay again the next time we visit Manhattan Beach. Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was in a wonderful location - more than close enough to the beach to easily walk back and forth with our preschooler, beach chairs, and beach bags in tow. Very close to loads of really great restaurants. The view of the ocean from the main part of the house and the front patio was gorgeous. If we come back to Manhattan Beach, we’d love to stay here again. Host was very kind and thought of things for us to do with our son around town. Easy check in/out. Overall a great experience.

This beach cottage is amazing in so many ways! Where do I start?It is so well stocked, towels..sheets..pillow choices. And the kitchen with great olive oil, condiment choices, fridge with water filter. Foil, Saran Wrap, paper towels, napkins, paper plates , flower vases And placemats , plastic cups, beautiful variety of glassware. Virtually everything you need. I have stayed in many rental properties and none were as well stocked as this beautiful beach cottage.Then there is the garage with bicycles balls, beach, chairs, beach, umbrellas, a wagon and a safe big place to park your car. Our Subaru Outback with box on top fit fine. If you're bringing kids, there are so many blocks for building stuff..,, and books and puzzles.Oh, did I mention the view? We were so lucky to see gorgeous sunsets, and enjoy the beautiful patio and walk down to the ocean, or ride down to bike trail that goes for miles along the ocean.The location can't be beat. We walked to Manhattan Beach pier in 5 minutes or so, 10 to12 minutes to walk to Vons grocery store...many many restaurants so close .Finally, Kristen and Jane were such conscientious hosts with kind and quick communication. The only con I can think of was lack of air conditioning. There is a window cooling unit in the kids room. We had a couple hot days. Most of the time we didn't need air conditioning, which is often the case so close to the ocean .We can't wait to go back to this truly remarkable beach rental.

We loved the location. Steps to The Strand and a quick walk to Manhattan Beach shops and restaurants. The house had many bikes and beach chairs and was quite comfortable!

The beds are comfortable, the beach is so close, the garage parking for one car is perfect and the host is very nice and communicative. This is the 2nd time I've had family or friends stay here and it is a great spot and comfortable. Close to downtown and food. Both times, my guests said they would love to come back and rent it for their mom or friends or to visit us again. Great place, Great times, Great location

We were three friends going to an SC football game, and combining it with a few lazy days at Manhattan Beach. We were met with super easy check-in, house being very nice and clean. Wonderful house in a great location. Garage parking was an extra bonus. The owner thoughtfully leaves condiments and some personal care items to make the cottage so welcoming. Excellent outdoor space with endless ocean view.
