The Space:
Welcome to Pass Time—a spectacular pet-friendly, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath beachfront home where the sun shines, the waves roll, and time slows down. Perched on the sugar-white sands, this dreamy retreat offers private beach access, a spacious sundeck, and plenty of room for everyone—including your four-legged family members—to kick back and soak up the coastal vibes.

Step inside and feel the stress melt away. The open living space is bright and airy, with plush seating, coastal-inspired décor, and massive windows that showcase breathtaking Gulf views. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with sleek countertops, high-end appliances, and a spacious dining area makes gathering for meals easy and enjoyable.

The main level features three beautifully appointed bedrooms with a mix of king and queen beds, each offering a private en-suite bath, soft linens, and a calming color palette—perfect for winding down after sun-filled beach days.

Great vacay

This property was great!! It accommodated all my Family and friends that joined us. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. We loved the location and the view from balcony and porch. Loved that the beach was not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION and BEACH ACCESS

Perfect family size home. There was 18 in our group, everyone had PLENTY of room. Perfect beach front access with new walkway deck. Would definitely rent again!

The location and house are both perfect! We had plenty of room for our 23 people. The house is very beautiful and well kept. No complaints about this stay!! The pictures don't give this house any justice!!

Beautiful views, huge house. Could use a bit of TLC as the doors are hard to lock. Otherwise it was the perfect stay. Would rent again.

Excellent location - very comfortable home!

This house hasan outstanding beach location and made our social distancing vacation memorable, comfortable and possible. The house had a great layout for everyone to have space but gather in the family/kitchen/dining area. My only suggestion is to add more patio furniture and replace a couple of missing cushions. Beds were a bit soft but everyone is different and we did end up sleeping well! It was a wonderful home and would highly recommend!

We had a great week! Loved the location. It was perfect by the pass from the lagoon!

We loved the location of this property by the pass from the Lagoon. It provided a deep area for swimming and shallow areas for our little grands. The renovations they made were wonderful and loved the layout. The only negative for our family is that one of the bunk rooms could have been a queen single bed, but we made it work. They could use new deck furniture, it's stained and missing cushions. Views were great and the weather and water was fabulous!

Great stay (Mostly)

Great house, great view and we all had great time! Two issues we had was 1, the grill was unusable, ended up going to the store and buying a small grill to use for our weeks stay. 2, there was no internet for the entire length of our stay so none of the 14 TVs were of any use.

Gulf Shores House - Pass Time

This house is great! The kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. The kitchen also needed new skillets, measuring cups, and a few other items that it did not have. Ice maker was not working. These are not items that would keep us from renting this location again! Overall, it was a great adventure!

Very Nice Beach House

Pros: The house meet all expecations. Very nice and clean. It has been recently renovated. Cons: The exterior doors needs attention. TV's in bunk rooms were difficult to operate since all remotes were interchangeable (needed the Qeek Squad). WIFI is very weak. ** Will definitely rent again !!!

House was nice. The Pass had a huge pump that was extremely loud!

Would not rent again due to the large pump and noise that came on every morning at 7:30AM and stayed on until 4:30PM. This should have been noted on the house information.

Overall great house and location. 16 in our group house had 2 bunk rooms could have done w/o but we made it work. Plenty of space. Could have used a second refrigerator when there is that many people even w coolers the refrigerator was packed. More seating on patio could be useful and the grill does not work! The pictures of this house does not do it justice!

Big enough to accommodate 12

The location was wonderful! It was roomy enough for the 12 of us. The home and its furnishings are in need of some maintenance. Upon arrival, two of the dining room chairs were broken and unusable. The upstairs bedroom TV didn't work properly. The downstairs TV service was very unreliable and almost impossible to watch but the TV itself was new. We were never able to get the WiFi to work. The decor throughout the home was in need of updating as well. Despite the minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay but with all of the other options in the area, not sure we would return.

The location and easy beach access were wonderful. It was the current state of the home that was bad

There are some major issues with this residence. The current state of the house looks as if the owner has opted to not do any type of maintenance or repairs for the past 10 years. There are cracks, holes, peeling paint, leaking faucets, broken items, running toilets, water stained ceilings, and several majorly dangerous liability issues that are shocking to believe that the insurance company would allow. Between the broken and rusted chairs that are in no condition to be sat in, the unsecured railing to access the upstairs, and the wobbly outside balcony that could be pushed over by a child, its a lawsuit waiting to happen. With the amount of money that is charged for a cleaning fee the house should be in immaculate condition but it was shocking to see the amount of dust, sand, and filth that lined the floor, under the couches, and the molding. If you open the top of the toilet to attempt to stop the constant running toilet, there are cockroaches infested there. It's a shame that this house is in this condition because it has the capabilities and space to be a wonderful rental.

Great house, a few minor issues.

The beach house was in a great location and super close to the beach. The two balconies were also nice to have. Unfortunately, we ran into quite a few problems during our stay. As soon as we got to the house, we noticed a leak from the second floor bathroom coming through the vent of a bottom floor bedroom. Luckily, we had a plumber in the group who fixed the leak. When we mentioned it to the host, he didn’t acknowledge the leak problem or thank us for fixing it. We also had problems with the internet the entire time. We were never able to get the bunk bed tvs to work, and the baby monitors kept disconnecting. The lack of internet was very frustrating when the kids were having downtime. We also tried to watch a UFC fight one night, but it kept glitching. Also, one of the laundry room doors fell off of the hinges as soon as we opened it. We tried to reattach it multiple times, but it continued to fall off. Lastly, the bunk beds were a cool idea, but they could have used touch up paint. They looked old and dirty. We wish the host would have been friendlier and not so short with his responses. We have had other hosts that were friendlier and more helpful.

Vacation letdown

My husband and I took my parents (in their 80's), plus 4 more family members for a much needed beach getaway. My parents were able to take their 7 lb 15 year old "furbaby", so that was a blessing. The house was 2 houses from the Pass, which was a great view, except the water rushing out from the pass is darker lagoon water and has a fairly strong current, so I would guard children. The layout of the house is wonderful . . . 3 BR, 3 1/2 baths downstairs and 1 K BR, nice master bath with living space upstairs. All beds were pretty comfortable, though the upstairs K was too firm for our liking. Large well equipped kitchen! Beachside decks were very nice. Chairs on the deck are okay, not real comfortable. While this house is very nice, several things were undesirable. . . the house greatly needs painting (at least touch up) inside and out, especially inside! Walls, woodwork and kitchen cabinets are in rough shape, just look dirty, broken blinds, large glass dining table had rather sharp corners and after my 83 year old dad's chair collapsed with him (and he is not heavy at all), we checked all the chairs because a couple of arms were missing or broken and screws loose on some legs, we discovered 5 of the six had cracks in the legs, ready to break. Needless to say, we didn't sit in them again. The bottom step coming up from parking area to the deck was also missing, a fall hazard. I called our first day to report it ~ never fixed. The second morning of our 5 night stay, we had a terrible storm, rain flooded the parking area underneath with about 6+ inches of water that did not drain out until the next morning. Lightening hit either the house or right at the house, knocking out power (which we got back on via the inside and outside breaker boxes), it blew out 3 TVs that had to be replaced, and my dad's Camry, in the standing water, was affected by the powerful lightening strike, knocking out all his electrical, gauges and AC. He was able to drive it home (after we spoke to Toyota), but is now having it repaired at a mighty cost. Hopefully insurance will be involved. The weather certainly is not anyone's fault, but when I called to report the issues, I was told that the standing water had been an ongoing issue, even getting almost knee deep. No cable or internet for our remaining 4/5 days which was a problem for us. And some of the "extra fees" are ridiculous,, so be aware.

The location of this property is ideally located on the beach. There were plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for our family of 17.

Great House for Groups

We really enjoyed the house having 6 bathrooms for the 6 bedrooms. The house is very nice. Great beach access. A couple of negatives - the house isn't stocked very well. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. They only stocked enough for about two days. Also, the kitchen is very limited, the patio furniture is OK, there was no outdoor grill and there were no beach chairs or toys in the house. We had to buy chairs and toys for the kids and just left them. Not sure what they do with them, but there was nothing in the house. Also, kids stayed upstairs and those sleeping in downstairs bedrooms could hear every footstep. Definitely no noise reduction anywhere in the house. Overall a great stay.

Nice beach house.

We enjoyed our stay. Newly updated and remodeled which was nice. We bought a gas grill for the property. Hopefully., they will leave it there for the next guest. Hard to cook for a lot of people without having a grill.
