This 8 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom pet-friendly home sleeps 23 and features ample living space with three expansive floors accessible by elevator, balcony access from every bedroom, a private pool, and boardwalk. Grande Vista is just steps from both the Gulf beach and a local favorite beach, Little Lagoon Pass. With the pool and beach directly outside the door, guests can experience what Gulf Shores has to offer without leaving the home! Located in the prime West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you’re just a five minute drive to the center of town for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

About Grande Vista 
 
Grande Vista is the perfect beach home for multiple families or large groups with sleeping accommodations for up to 23 guests. On the main level is a large, fully equipped kitchen with 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and significant counter space. A spacious dining room with two large tables to seat around 14 guests and 4 more at the bar is a great place to host friends and family. The main living area features a large sectional, mounted TV, and access to the back deck with direct access to the pool and beach. An additional dining area is behind the main living area boasting the perfect breakfast nook. There is also a second living area with a couch and TV on the main level.
 
Moving upstairs, the huge master suite has access to the balcony with plenty of seating and a great view of the gulf. Sit outside and relax before bed to the sound of  waves crashing ashore. Guests will also find a TV and expansive master bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and an oversized, walk-in shower. Down the hall is bedroom 2 and 3 both featuring king beds, TVs, balcony access, and private bathrooms. Bedroom 3’s bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Bedroom 4 is great for the kids of the group, with 2 twin bunk beds, a single twin, TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a dual sinks and shower/tub combo. 

Moving up to the third level, the second master suite features a king bed, TV, balcony access, and an expansive master bathroom featuring dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and an oversized, walk-in shower. Down the hall is bedroom 5 and 6 both featuring king beds, TVs, balcony access, and private bathrooms. Bedroom 6’s bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Bedroom 7 has 2 twin over full bunk beds, TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. 

Across the street is a local favorite beach, Little Lagoon Pass. The Pass is the perfect swimming spot for families with children, featuring beautiful white sand, sparkling shallow water, and the perfect location to launch a kayak for a day of fishing.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
