Sunrise boasts an open floor plan designed for comfort and convenience. The living area features plenty of seating, perfect for gathering with family or friends, while the dining area and well-equipped kitchen make meal preparation and dining a breeze. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for simple meals or snacks.
Recent updates include new flooring and fresh paint on the main level and staircase, adding to the home’s charm.

This house worked well for our long weekend with family. The beach was beautiful. The stairs are pretty steep if you have elderly parents with you.

Large family vacation
We were disappointed that although the listing indicated sleeps 20, there was no room for 20 people to socialize, eat together, sit outside together. It did sleep 20 comfortably, but no room to be together otherwise. The agency was very kind and quick to respond to messages.

Perfect Beach Getaway
For a family that needed some rest & relaxation, Sunrise fit the bill. What we wanted was family time & we enjoyed it at the beach everyday. Yes, like every home the property has some wear & tear but if you are looking for a nice affordable beachfront property- this is it!

Soccer beach getaway
Very responsive to questions and Very helpful. Would def recommend this house to anyone. Very nice stay and not far from soccer fields. Walk to the beach was very nice - a few steps 😎❤️

Overall we had a great trip. The house was in a great location. For enough away from the condos and traffic to be very quiet but close enough to get to everything we needed easily. The house had plenty of space for all of our family which was a lot. The only negatives were the outside and especially around the pool area. It was obvious that one side of the duplex had gotten some upgrades and one side had not. There were weeds growing on the pool deck and the whole area needed some repairs and cleaning.

This place is nice love the location and on the beach!!It dose need a little work most all the outlets are to loos to hold a plug in If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you !!And there is not a grill at this place we had to use the neighbors

The beach house was great for our family to spend time together. The house is clean and up to date. We all loved the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom. I would provide a couple of suggestions small single serve Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge on 3rd floor and 2nd floor master suites it would make a great little touch. And a little clean up around the pool area but other than those suggestions the place and location was great!

Don’t do it!
We booked this house for a week. The whole house needs DEEP cleaned and updated. Lots and lots of mold. Contacted the supervisor. He came by once then never heard from him again even after trying to reach out again. The smell of the nasty bowl of leaking water under the kitchen sink is atrocious. Blood on walls. I can go on and on. The pool lights don’t work and had electricity running to them and shocked if you got close to it.

We appreciate your feedback Miranda. We never like to hear that a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. Per your request we sent the supervisor of the cleaning company to the property immediately upon you reporting a few cleanliness isssues. She addressed them all. Our property manager also came out promptly to address issues of immediate concern. Follow up maintenance items that were not of immediate concern were addressed during the next turn over of guests as to not interupt your stay. Lastly, the pool issue was addressed immediatley by an electrician as well and the pool light is on order and being replaced. We were in constant communication with you throughout your stay and rectified any issues as effeciently as we possibly could. Sunrise is a popluar property and enjoyed by many guests. Thanks for staying with us.

Best part was location & cost
The location was perfect. The house needs work. When you walk in the door, you are hit with that musty mildew odor. New floors and washer/ dryer. Everything else needs a deep clean and upgrade. Pool area cracked, weeds grown up with sticker bushes and water hose to wash the sand off your feet did not work. Needed more towels. For our group that was older it was too many stairs. No board walk to the beach but it was still pretty close and beautiful!

We have been working with the owner on updates and will continue to do so through the off season! Some new furniture was recently added and recommendations have been made for the pool area. The location of Sunrise was perfect! We loved the layout of the house. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms. Multiple bathrooms had mold and smelt of urine. The linens were clean. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The A\C was great. The views were amazing. The pool area was disappointing. It is need of some upgrades to the decking and the landscaping needed some TLC. Would definitely stay here again!
