Welcome to Sunrise! If the only decision you want to make is pool or beach, Sunrise is perfect for you! This 6 bedroom, 6 bath duplex has plenty of space for your group of up to 20 guests. Spend the day at the beach and take a sunset dip in the shared pool after dinner! And, if going out is on the agenda, you are close to all the best shops and restaurants! This duplex beach home, with pool, sits directly on the gulf. Whether you are inside or out, you'll be presented with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony also offers an inviting view of the pool.

The Space

The open floor plan features a living area with lots of comfortable seating, a dining area and a kitchen, featuring granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is equipped to prepare simple meals. Recent updates include new flooring and paint on the main level and main entrance stairs. A king bedroom with bath and a queen bedroom with bath completes the main floor.

On the second level you'll find accommodations for many guests. Pleasant and pastel colored, there is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two full over full bunks. Conveniently, each bedroom has a private bath, and the king room has balcony access.

The third level will make apparent how special Sunrise really is! There is a large master suite and features a luxurious en suite with dual sinks, a standalone shower and tub. And there is another balcony where watching the spectacular Alabama sunsets may just become a nightly ritual.

This home provides the idea spot for large groups or families where guests can head out to the beach for the day, take advantage of the sparkling pool or sunbathe and relax in the outdoor furniture poolside or on one of three balconies.

Nice and Big

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was pleasant; I truly savored it. The scenic view was a significant highlight, and the house offered ample space for my family of 7 and my aunt's family of 6. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with roaches in the kitchen and living room. Despite reaching out, pest control was promised but never arrived. Additionally, there was a rain leak through the balcony door on one particularly stormy day during our stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

For a family that needed some rest & relaxation, Sunrise fit the bill. What we wanted was family time & we enjoyed it at the beach everyday. Yes, like every home the property has some wear & tear but if you are looking for a nice affordable beachfront property- this is it!

Dirty Duplex

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we had to call to get them to come and reclean the unit...floors were like your were outside on the sand. I am them about cleaning the glass doors and she said end of the year we will deep clean after Labor we just stayed in nasty one came the entire weekend and check the chemcials in the pool...lots of kids..not we have three with ear infections.
