No to or hand soap and wrong code to get in
I was very disappointed with the service I received from the property manager. He installed a new keyless entry panel on my door Thursday, which was fine no problem but when I kept putting in the code, it wasn’t working. He refused to leave his house. He said we’ll try a different code that one failed as well and then he had me go to condo four there was an old school Entry pad there where you roll the numbers around and you told me to go up there get the three keys on the table try each key till I find the one that opens my condo which I did. It took the remaining keys up put the key back into the old school lockbox on condo four we had a fourth roll of toilet paper for for five days and we had no bathroom hand soap, which is disgusting. I bought toilet paper and it’s just he was so rude when I was telling him I wasn’t able to get into my condo and with the comment this is the last text I’m sending and I’m not getting out of bed to come help. That’s disgusting behavior. I need compensated for one night stay I stayed Wednesday through Sunday. I also took a video of the room and how clean it was and no damage but with him not caring that two women were locked out of their room till 3 AM in Nashville, Tennessee spending all that money and coming from Arkansas is very disrespectful so this current property manager is disgusting and very disrespectful since I enjoy the remainder nights I don’t expect anything for that, but I do want a o get a credit back for 1 night
