The backyard is shared among all five units, but it’s spacious enough to offer privacy.

The tiny home's & RV's run off of a space heater when it is cold or window units when it is hot and is not super efficient at keeping temperature throughout the entire home. Please consider this when booking.

🌟 Important Notes for Tiny Homes & RVs 🌟

There is a portable stove in place for an oven. This should still allow you to prepare meals comfortably.

Hot Showers, Made Simple 🚿 – Our hot water system runs on propane, keeping your showers warm and cozy! In the rare event the propane runs out, just grab a new tank, and we’ll reimburse you—quick and hassle-free!

Eco-Friendly Toilets ♻️ – Each RV & tiny home features a composting toilet, which is a sustainable, water-free system. It doesn’t flush like a traditional toilet but is equipped with an exhaust fan to minimize odors. To keep everything running smoothly, please ensure the fan (powered by a black cord near the toilet) stays plugged in.

Fresh & Clean – We schedule regular maintenance every other week to keep the composting system in top shape. Occasionally, there may be a subtle scent, but rest assured, we’re here to assist if needed.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**
