Wonderful house

We were in Austin for a softball tournament. They house fit everyone very comfortable and was a great location to get to all the games easily. Would definitely stay again.

Great Austin stay for a group

We really enjoyed staying at Daniel’s spot with a group of 19. The backyard was perfect for getting in some sun and pool time, and the house fit us all comfortably. Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’d recommend this stay to others looking to stay in Austin!

Great girls' getaway

The house is so well set up for a group of friends! Multiple comfy twin beds throughout as well as a few private rooms. Master br is excellent. Gorgeous backyard. But it was Daniel, the host, that made the stay for our group. Excellent recs on everything and very invested in us having a good time!

Great House for Group

This was the perfect house for our group celebrating a bachelor party with 17 guys. Daniel, the host, was very helpful and ensured we'd have a great time while visiting Austin. The house is awesome with a new pool and putting green, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole group. If we were planning another bachelor party I think we would book this exact house because it has everything you need and is close enough to the city for an easy uber/lyft ride.

Amazing Experience

Daniel was just an absolute incredible host. Everything was set up how he said it would be and the property had everything we needed. It was clean, welcoming, and Daniel made the check in process fool proof. When Daniel realized the pool wasn't going to be ready in time for us to enjoy, he provided us with more putters for the putting green, which he didn't have to do. Daniel is what hosts should strive to be like and I highly recommend this property. Communication was swift and he always replied to my messages.

Amazing property manager

There were a few hiccups with construction going on but the host, Daniel, could not have been more amazing! He is super personable and did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be. The house inside was also so spacious and all 20 of us felt comfortable sleeping and having plenty of room inside! I highly recommend his place!

Very nice house and plenty of space for everyone!

Had a group of 13 stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone! The property owner/manager was very good at communicating with me from the time i booked until the time we checked out. I will stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

Comfortable house for large Groups

Came to Austin for a buddies bachelor party and stayed at Dan’s house with 9 other guys. Perfect location, less than a 10 minute cab ride from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Austin. We also never felt cramped in the house as all 10 of us had plenty of space. Dan was a phenomenal host right away. There was a blown fuse the second day we were there that caused the AC to go out, but Dan was completely responsive and arranged for an electrician to come to the house first thing Saturday morning to fix it. Not only that, but he also bought us lunch as a token of appreciation. Overall Dan is a great host and is very easy going, I’d recommend this house to anyone staying in Austin with a large group.

Amazing!

Daniel was an amazing host! He was very accommodating and responsive for me and my party of 16. He was nearby in the event we needed anything. The house was very clean and spacious and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and be comfortable.

Property worked great for our extended family of 13. Great location - easy to get everywhere.

Worked very well for our extended family of 13. Wonderful location-could get everywhere in minutes. Fun backyard to hang out in. TV’s in multiple rooms to accommodate everyone. Nice kitchen to cook in.

I lived in this home for over a decade and I still stay here sometimes. I recently spent 4 months renovating it myself, and I'm really proud of it. I would love to hear if you like it as much as I do. TV's in every bedroom, granite countertops, Netflix included, Alexa in every bedroom so you can set alarms or find out how the weather is. There are some many great things about this home, come see for yourself!
