Property was perfect. Pretty clean with big rooms and space. We were 9 in total and had enough space. Close to grocery stores, gas stations and to Disney World. Just like previous reviews it could use some paint in the inside since its fadding a little in some parts but its just paint, nothing to be really worried about. I would definetly book again.
We had a great time. Our property was close to the major theme parks. Only concern was it was a little warm in the downstairs bed room. So I bought a fan. Also needed more tissue for the bathrooms. Overall it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend to my family friends to stay here. Oh also reached out to the property manager and he responded in a timely manner and got me what we needed. Great job Alex and thanks for letting us stay!
Our visit was good - great location - the bathrooms need some new shower curtains/rugs - 72degress was warm to keep the air conditioning on - the cushions kept sliding off the couch. Just needs a few things to make it great!
Location is in a nice, gated area with security on site. Condo is close to the complex's pool and fitness center. It's a nice corner unit close to parking. There are many shops and restaurants close by. Communication with the owner was quick. It took about half an hour to get to Disney parks with traffic. The carpet and walls are looking worn.
Host was accommodating and answers my questions right away
Aside from the creaking of the second storey floor above the master's bedroom and the slow flow of water on the master's bedroom bathroom, the townhouse was well-kept.
This property was great for Disney! We did Animal Kingdom and it was such a great location. Property was clean and close to many eating locations. Host was well organized and this rental was easy!
We had a great time.
We loved this rental for our family! Had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. We werenât there much as we were at Disney the whole time. My only recommendation would be to move the toilet paper roll in the downstairs bathroom closer to the toilet- you have to get off of it to grab it or remember to grab it before you sit. And maybe some salt and pepper available in the kitchen.
Overall a great property. My only complaint would be the air conditioner. There was a note stating it could not be turn below 72 or it would freeze over and we would be responsible for paying for the repairs. After a long day out in the Florida heat and it being a two story townhome 72 was still quite warm inside the house. It did make it hard to sleep in the warm conditions.
The location was near Disney World which was perfect for us. The house has everything you need for your guests. It's really pretty inside and very clean. Plenty of room for a big family. Would highly recommend.
Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here recently, in mid to late October 2021. I found the listing accurate and the manager, Alex, was easy to deal with and always answer my emails quickly.
The check in process was very simple. Alex sent me all the information needed to access our condo, the gate code for entering (though the gate was open all the time), the numerical code to enter the unit, and the Wi-Fi password.
For those going to Disney the condo was close enough to Walt Disney World itseld very close to Animal Kingdom.
I canât say anything about the pool area as even though we had plans to use it we were always busy and never got the chance.
The unit is an end unit itâs very quiet! The front door faces towards a wooded area.
It does seem like the lower floor is warmer than the upper floor but there were three fans available for our use, two box fans and one oscillating fan, which solved that problem. Also savedme from buying a fan since I like the coolness and the white noise.
The unit came with plenty of hangers, laundry baskets, plenty of towels and linens, and trashbags.
The unit is close to several Walmarts, Waffle Houses, Wawaâs, and restaurants. There was a Wawa within walking distance, which my daughter and her boyfriend walked to several times. She was in the Disney College program a few years ago and loves Wawa.
There were a few minor issues which I will let Alex know about but nothing to stop us from staying there again. All in all a nice day!
This was my first experience renting someone elseâs home qualification. It was a good person experience. And it was very cost effective for the seven of us.
This condo is in a great location to get to Disney and Universal parks. Owner responded quickly to an air conditioner problem and brought fans as well. We had a group of 8 that stayed comfortably. We would love to have had a Keurig maker to make the morning a little less stressed. There is a full size coffee pot available. Washer and dryer on site, but who wants to wash on vacation. Could use a few extra towels just for the nine washer purpose.
We really wanted to use the hot tub, however pool area closed at 8pm each day. When you do the parks till 7pm each night there is just no way to make it to pool area before closing. We really did love our place and it made our vacation so enjoyable not being in a hotel.
Overall a nice townhouse in a very convenient area. Great for families. We went to Disney and was perfect for us. Not many complaints besides the overall cleanliness. The carpets were very dingy and dirty. The couch felt dingy and dirty and the walls and cabinets could use some paint. The shower had a little mold, and the baseboards were stained dirty. Smelt like Chinese food when we first checked in and was a little weird. Overall it was a nice place and was comfy for us, but has a lot of potential! I would stay again if it was revamped as it would be a perfect place with a little TLC. No a bad place to say the least though.
We stayed here for our recent Disney World vacation with another family we are friends with; there were 9 of us total (6 adults and 3 kids age 5-7).
What we liked: good location, close to Disney and many restaurants, stores, etc.; plenty of room for all 9 of us; very comfortable beds; well stocked with everything we needed; spacious closets
What we didnât like: Thermostat could not be turned below 72 (sign said it could freeze and damage the a/c unit if we did and weâd be responsible for damages) and there were NO ceiling fans (pictures on listing do not show this); closet door in one of upstairs bedrooms was off its hinges; coffee pot did not work; drain plug in upstairs tub would not stay in
Overall it was a great place to stay and most of the issues above are fixable. However issue with the a/c and lack of fans is something to be aware of; we stayed here in March so it wasnât that big of a deal for us but can be a big deal for anyone staying in the summer months.
So we rented this same property 3 years ago and another in the same community last year. We saw that this was available for our time and we were very happy because we enjoyed our first time there. Well..... I will tell you.....
1. the pool heater was turned off by the community property manager and it was SOOOO COLD! everyone in the community was upset and there wasnt anything wrong with it....maybe the HOA trying to save money! Also trash everywhere......take out containers in the street cigarette wrappers and butts just general garbage in the parking lot. There was a shirt and pair of socks on the patio entrance to the pool area for the entire 2 weeks that we stayed..... also a green extension cord in front of the main building (on the ground ...not attached to anyting) its still there ! The Townhouse floor was filthy! I spilled some water and when I wiped it up with a papertowel the towel was BLACK with DIRT ???? My daughter was doing on line school so she moved the table in the upstaies bedroom to put her laptop on it and the rug behind the table had GOD only knows what stain and yuck. the rest of the carpeting in the townhouse needs to be steam cleaned as it is FILTHY..... the silverware drawer falls out when you pull it out because it comes off the tracks ( also did that 3 years ago) there are light bulbs burned out and a very strange noise when you flush the upstairs bathrrom toilet. My husband said he thought it was a blocked vent? then the toilet almost overflowed and there was no plunger!!!! We had to go buy one!a very ill equiped kitchen as well..... I can go on but whats the point. The owner probably won't do anything.
This property was great. We weren't there much but was somewhat more comfortable than a hotel room. There were three issues while we were there. 1. The toilets would bubble while others were showering, to the point that we thought there were sewer issues. 2. I understand that those days were the coldest on record, but there was no heat available/ or at least did not work well. 3. (and most important) I was expecting that if this rental sleeps 10, and has 3 showers, that 3 people could shower at a time. The hot water was nowhere close to adequate. It would be cold after 2 showers that lasted about 5 minutes. No laundry or dishwasher was needed, so those were not robbing from the supply. That was the most disappointing part of our trip. I understand that it would be harder with the temps so cold, but it was a lot to pay for taking cold showers.
Thanks
