After 25 years of visiting Central Florida, this may be our best stay yet â especially for the price. The home sits in a quiet, well-kept gated community with minimal traffic, complete privacy, and no neighbors behind or across. A stunning water view offers sunrise on one side, sunset on the other, plus wildlife sightings from fish and turtles to birds, lizards, and the occasional alligator.Check-in was seamless thanks to Sarahâs clear instructions and welcome folder. The house was spotless, with parking for two cars and fast, reliable Wi-Fi indoors and out. Inside, itâs brighter and more spacious than the photos, with a relaxed coastal feel. The quiet, adjustable A/C and ceiling fans kept it comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and functional; bedrooms were comfortable, though the upstairs king bed wobbled and creaked a bit.The screened pool area was a highlight â bug-free, with sun and shade seating, evening lighting, and weekly cleaning.Sarah was an outstanding host: friendly, responsive, and accommodating with a late check-out.Location is ideal, minutes from Disney, shops, and restaurants, with grocery delivery available. You can even get groceries or deliveries right to the door (just remember to give them the gate code)Minor drawbacks: a single resort entrance, early noise from neighborâs pool pump, and light wear from frequent use. Small maintenance issues were fixed promptly. Weâd return in a heartbeat â the best value weâve found in decades of Florida travel.
