La véranda couverte est l'endroit idéal pour le petit-déjeuner ou un barbecue, à l'extérieur sans être au soleil.

Le spa est un endroit amusant et relaxant pour les grands enfants. Le chauffage du spa est gratuit pendant les mois d'été (juin à septembre). Le chauffage de la piscine est disponible si nécessaire et comprend le chauffage du spa (des frais s'appliquent).

DÉTAILS DE L'EMPLACEMENT DE LA VILLA

Indian Point est une communauté magnifique et paisible, centrée sur un lac et entourée de zones de conservation boisées. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute 192, avec un hypermarché Wal-Mart à seulement 1 mile de distance, et un accès facile aux commerces et restaurants. A dix à quinze minutes en voiture vous emmène à Disney World.
Universal est à environ 25 minutes en voiture, Seaworld est à 20 minutes.
Profitez du court de tennis et aire de jeux pour les enfants, et les lacs de la communauté de Indian Point.

A proximité se trouvent de nombreux terrains de golf, des promenades en hydroglisseur, et les célèbres attractions d'Orlando.

Fabuleux shopping à The Loop (10 minutes), au Florida Mall, au Mall at Millenia, à Orlando International Premium Outlets et à bien d’autres.
Il y a un grand magasin Walmart idéalement situé à 1,6 km et de nombreux magasins sur l'autoroute 192 à proximité.

Magical Memories

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and hot tub/spa were heated perfectly. Highly recommend paying the extra for the heat if staying in the winter months. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 letting the kids spread out across the house. The communication with the host and property management was excellent. Very responsive to any questions. We had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend for a family looking for a home with a private pool for a stay in The Orlando area including Disney World.

Our 3 week holiday in the sun

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at Liz and Duncan's property. The house was is in the perfect location for all amenities, close to theme parks, shopping and the all you can want only a short drive away. Any small issues we had were quickly resolved by Tracy. The pool and spa were great but the one small bug bear for us was the garden furniture, we found it not very user friendly due to it being made from plumbers pipework rather than metal. Overall we would definitely book again when we came back to Florida for our next visit in a few years time.

A great base - good facilities

Overall a decent property; a great size, good location, and great value for money. Probably could do with a bit of modernising compared to similar properties to elevate it to a really high standard, and despite the pool and spa being a great size, the outside space feels like it needs a bit of a deep clean. We had some minor issues which were quickly responded to by the property owner, who was very responsive throughout. Overall a decent enough value for money property which was ideal as a base for our theme park holiday.

Great Family Experience

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing plenty of space for our group of adults to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. Our host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend for a wonderful group getaway!

Needs work, has 5 star potential.

Property was very dirty and in need of many updates. Spa was not working properly, bedrooms had wet carpets that smelled of mildew/mold and there was a major ant problem in the kitchen. If a little time and effort was put into this property it would have 5 star potential. The communication with the property owner was good and the response of the property manager onsite was outstanding. The onsite property manager was the only reason I didn't rate this property lower, he was great!

Very conveniently located near Disney, Universal, and other great places, like medieval times, flea markets, shopping, food, etc. The house is very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. I would actively pursue this house again if I were to travel back to Orlando. Thank you!

Cannot Recommend Renting

Our family travels year round for our teenage daughter who has played travel volleyball at the national level for several years. Almost exclusively use VRBO while traveling & depend on honest reviews when booking. We offer this feedback to help others make an educated decision. The Pros of this rental include: - the kitchen is well stocked - the AC works well in the master bedroom - plenty of space for a large family to spread out - outside sitting area is nice - supplies for infants and babies The Cons of this rental include: -cleanliness far below expectations upon check in - potato chips on the table, chair and floor in the kitchen, trash in the pool, all on the day we arrived. -couches have stains on the cushions & are not comfortable to sit on due to age and use. -were informed by the owner about a "new" policy on day of check in - we would be charged if we did not clean grill after using. When we arrived we looked at the grill - it was disgusting, covered in food & grease on inside and outside, sent photos to owner -Temp is very inconsistent, 3 bedrooms were extremely hot & hard to sleep in -master bed is very uncomfortable with permanent body indentions on sides & hump in middle, difficult to sleep and years past needing replacing Unfortunately, cons far outweigh the pros. Would not stay here again until upgrades were made & can not recommend renting this property. We contacted the owner several times during our stay. Duncan was quick to reply to messages.

MONEY AND TIME WELL SPENT

We were able to gather with family, spend time together under one roof. Laugh together, cook together, swim together and just basically reconnect. Dario, our host was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a palatial mansion, keep looking, but if you're looking for a clean place with enough room for youre family in a nice neighborhood close to the essentials, here ya go

Glad we only had a short stay! When we first arrived the house was extremely warm. Ac does not go below 72 degrees. The house stayed pretty warm the entire time even with the fans going and everything they suggested we do. Outside was cooler than inside. Master bath tub hot water does not work at all if you step in it it sounds like the bottom broken anyways. Master bed mattress is broken you can really feel the mattress springs. Some of the other beds are the same way. The house is extremely outdated and needs some updating. The washer has a moldy smell to it. The pool area is extremely nice along with a nice pool and hot tub.

Property was as described Check-in and check out was breeze . We had an Easter egg hunt and an Easter dinner with the family. Everything was well stock pot's pants, sharp knives And plenty of towels and Linens. Beds were all very comfortable.Then the pool is well maintained. Needed break

Besides finding a hot dog bun in the hall bathroom, being woke up a 8:30-9:00 in morning from the property manager cutting grass and finding out for some reason he had came into the property while no one was there the day before. I'm not at all happy with that. One other thing. I got an email not to use the dryer because it was broken due to the upward vent being blocked. Not good for a family of 6. Then my 5 year old grandson came in and said Nana some man is out by the pool. To my surprise there actually was a man out there. He stated that he managed the property and was checking the pool. All of that should be done before we checked in or after we checked out. Someone was gonna be there afterwards to get it ready for another customer. No need to come into the house while people are checked in and out at a park. That I know of there was at least 2 times the property was entered while we away.

Universal trip and family time

The stay was very nice. The house was as advertised. We would've liked to use the hot tub and heat it, but didn't want to spend the extra money to heat it. We felt like that should have been included in the price. The property manager was very helpful and fixed our problem with the dryer. It is about 20-30 minutes from Universal and Disney. It was a nice trip for us and we were glad we had a nice place to stay big enough for our family.

Hassle Free & Relaxing

We had a great stay at this property, check in process was easy with detailed instructions shared beforehand. We had a minor issue with hot water but Dario was quick to the rescue and was very helpful throughout our stay. Pool heating was worth the money, our young guy lived in there practically while we were home. The house was a nice layout for our family and everyone enjoyed their rooms. The place could use a cleaning around sinks and toilets but besides that it was a nice relaxing, stress free stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Loved our stay

The weather was amazing so we used the pool a lot. We had a member of our party who became ill and needed prescription meds that the doctor called into Walmart only less than 2 miles away. We stayed primarily at the house for 4 days because of his illness, but it was great. We’re all seniors but this house would be suitable for families. The property manager , Dario,was amazing and on top of everything, as well as Duncan and Liz, the house owners. The home is being updated and the furniture/ beds were comfortable. Lukewarm shower. Ac govered at 72. I have hot flashes. It could have gone to.at least 70. Paid 60 bucks to get pool heated...couldnt swim, water still too cool to be comfortable in. Master bed so bad I slept on the couch. Blinds missing, old looking and no.curtains to block out the sun. Place needs visited by owners to update the blinds, couches, master bed and decorations. Sadly, home located in an area that looks run down. Wont be back.

Family trip

Convenient location and lovely home. Beds were too soft/sinky, pillows were thin, and house was too warm for our liking, so we did not sleep well. Loved the pool and hot tub. However, we did pay for heating but I felt like the hot tub didn't get very hot at times. The heat is set on a 1hr dial timer so it was luke warm until you turned the dial and waited 30mins-1hr to fully heat up, then keep turning the dial hourly to keep it heated. The property managers were great at answering our questions and concerns and were very friendly.

6th Birthday Vacation

We visited this location for my sons 6th birthday he wanted to see alligators so gatorland was the place to go! The house and neighbor was great. The commute from the MCO airport took a hour. The water didn’t get as hot as our liking when showering other than that my family and I had a great stay at this location! The children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi spa.

Nice house

First time renting a house, I didn’t know you have to pay for the pool to be heated. Going in Jan the pool was too cold for swimming so I suggest you pay for heating.

Vous êtes reçu par Duncan and Liz

Liz and I are Brits who live in the UK, and visit Florida as often as we can. We have had many happy Florida vacations with our family and friends in this home. Over the years, our boys brought all of their school friends to stay with us and hit the theme parks. The boys are grown now, and don't come so often, which leaves more space for friends to drop in when we are there.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We came to Indian Point on vacation in 1999, and loved the place. We were back a few months later to look at purchasing. We spent a week driving round lots of different locations, and decided in the end that Indian Point suited us best. It is close to the theme parks whilst not being too out of the way. We wanted to have easy access to the 192 for the shops and restaurants. We bought our home off-plan and have enjoyed it ever since. The two master bedrooms is a great benefit for families sharing. The villa we originally vacationed in was a Crystal model with 4 beds, so we were very happy to be able to choose a Grand Crystal model, which has the same downstairs layout, and with the added upstairs second master bedroom.

The pool area is a great bonus, and we made sure to get extra deck room to fit all those sun loungers. The in-ground spa was a MUST - that's our favourite place to unwind after a long day.
We loved the covered lanai in the home design so you can sit outside but escape the direct sun.
We were lucky to get a corner lot which has a bit more space, and a long driveway.
