Experience Galveston like a local at Iggy’s Oasis on the historic East End, just blocks from Stewart’s beach, The Seawall, UTMB and The Strand. Outside, Iggy’s boasts a private heated pool with tanning ledge and a BBQ island with a Big Green Egg and propane grill. Indoors, the Oasis is pet friendly with large screen TVs, king size beds, whirlpool bathtub, and kids & game room. Secure off-street parking for one vehicle on the premises completes this oasis on an island. Come, relax, make memories.

THE SPACE:
Iggy’s Oasis is your perfect retreat on Galveston’s historic East End. After a day on The Strand, or on Stewart’s Beach, or just laying around your private heated pool, or devouring a BBQ brisket you cooked on the patio, it’s time to come inside and chill. As you step indoors, you and your two fur babies - no weight limit, because big dogs deserve love too - are greeted by an open-concept living room with a large smart TV. Enjoy meals at the dining table, with the fully equipped kitchen nearby, offering all the amenities to make a foodie feel right at home.

When it’s time to get some much needed rest, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, smart TV and a luxurious spa-style bathroom. The whirlpool tub and shower also does steam and full body jets for some serious unwinding. A second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a desk for remote work, with access to a full-size bathroom on the ground level featuring a stand-alone shower, ideal for sharing with other guests.

Upstairs, the loft is a kids’ paradise, complete with a game room that has a foosball table, modular sectional sofa with Bluetooth speakers and Smart TV with Xbox. Sofa easily provides additional sleep options. A bunk room with twin-over-full bunk and pull out twin trundle sleeps three easy and five in a pinch. A convenient half-bathroom is upstairs too.
Whether you come to the island for relaxation, exploration or business - Iggy’s Oasis has everything you’ll need to make your trip memorable and worth revisiting.

☆ OUTDOOR LIVING:
Iggy’s outdoor space is truly a private oasis. Relax in the heated lagoon-style pool, featuring a tanning ledge and waterfall with in-water seating for ultimate comfort. Surrounding the pool are Hibiscus and Banana trees. An umbrella shaded table and chairs are right next to the pool to sit, dry off, have drinks or snack. An outdoor shower is for your convenience too.

The entire property is ringed with a tall privacy fence. Additionally, the pool is secured with a 4 ft pet safe metal fence and child safety lock for added safety of guests and their pets.

Foodie’s will enjoy the BBQ island outside. There is a Big Green Egg for smoking, a KitchenAid grill for grilling, a preparation table and a table with chairs to manage the cook while enjoying a drink. The full kitchen is right nearby too.

With off-street parking in the garage and a prime location just blocks from UTMB, the Historic Strand District, and a 2-minute drive to Stewart’s Beach, Iggy’s Oasis offers the perfect mix of amenities, relaxation and accessibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & CONVENIENCE:
The home is accessed by three steps leading up to both the front and back patio entrances. Inside, the loft area on the second living level requires climbing 15 steps. While the pool does not have a handicap-accessible entry or exit, it does feature a shallow step-in ledge for easier access. These details may not accommodate all accessibility needs, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns before booking. We’re here to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

LINENS AND LAUNDRY:
• We provide one bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.
• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, two pot holders and a few beach towels.
• Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the master bathroom.

EXTRAS PROVIDED:
Just a few extras to make your stay better!
• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.
• We also provide the necessities to get you started: 2 standard and 2 oversized trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwasher pods and a Dawn dish soap dispenser.
• Each wash station is equipped with a full-size antibacterial hand soap dispenser for your convenience. Additionally, indulge in the luxurious Beekman 1802 hotel-quality amenities, including full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Homes with a washer/dryer include a few laundry pods and dryer sheets, ensuring every aspect of your stay is covered.

PARKING:
This home offers convenient parking for up to 3 vehicles, 1 is off street within garage space and 2 are on street parking on Ball St only, ensuring ample space for your group. Residential parking permits are provided for on street parking. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, there's plenty of room for everyone to park comfortably.

VACAY TIME VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT, POLICIES, AND RULES


THE PARTIES:
This Short-Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:

THE PREMISES:
The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

Your assigned General Manager will reach out to you on your day of arrival and can assist you with any questions between 8 AM-4 PM daily, as provided in your check-in instructions/digital welcome binder. You can also reach our team members at ***-***-**** Ext 6. However, we recommend contacting the Guest Experience Team after 4 PM and anytime Friday-Sunday.
We understand that many questions can arise, and we always want to make sure you have someone to talk to and provide you with the details you need to enjoy your stay. We are here for you 24/7 during your stay.


SUBLETTING:
The Guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.


INSPECTION:
The home is inspected prior to check-in by the assigned General Manager, who activates the locks for the Guest(s) and documents the home with photos to show how it is turned over for your upcoming stay. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice, as per State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this Agreement.
