The Space:
Our modern take of beach getaway provides the essential amenities for your next island stay. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances available with cookware, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils, and much more. We also have a full Keurig coffee machine with every k-cup option you can think of.

The open space provides a fun and entertaining space for our guests to enjoy a vacation with friends and family.

The house offers 2 units. The main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a spacious living room. Also a newly remodeled functional 3 bedroom pool house with a bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect for kids! They’re connected through the back patio but do have separate entrances.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and the detached laundry room near the pool with access to an outdoor shower and bathroom. Every inch of the space is private and not shared. Although there is no garage, the driveway is completely accessible and ready to use and fits nearly 4 cars! As well as free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
The area is directly in central Galveston and located in a safe and desirable neighborhood for homebuyers and tourists, being directly across the street from the water.

Getting Around:
Getting around is really convenient due to its location. Galveston offers many ride-share apps including Lyft and Uber. If you do bring your own vehicle we have free street parking and a long driveway that can fit nearly 4 cars!

Other Things to Note:
The house is a few minute's drives from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, cruise terminal, and the Historical Galveston Strand.

We welcome all of our guests to enjoy our non-heated swimming pool and patio area, however, please understand that the owners take no responsibility in or around the swimming pool. NO RUNNING, PUSHING OR HORSE PLAYING, NO DIVING (POOL IS ONLY 5 FEET DEEP) in the shallow end, NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. The pool is for our guests ONLY. Guest will swim and use the pool and patio area at their own risk. The owner will not be responsible for accidents or injuries. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

We are pet friendly but do as that they be potty trained, cleaned up after and kept off of furniture. There is a one time $30 pet fee associated with bringing a furry friend.
