Family Retreat w/ Pool and Game Room

This 5 bedroom, 3 bath house is perfect for your family getaway to Galveston Island! Just down the street from Galveston Island Brewery and only 1 block from the Seawall, the location can`t be beat. Imagine spending evenings gathered around the fire pit in the backyard, roasting marshmallows, while behind it all stretches a sparkling large pool, perfect for cooling off on those hot Texas days. The kids will love the bunk room that has arcade games, foosball, and a TV!

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, less than 5 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn.

● Beach access: A quick walk or 30 second drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Private pool: This home features a large, in-ground pool that ranges from 4ft to 6ft deep.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

As you step into the home, you`ll be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for dining. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.

Off the living room, you`ll find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. Another bedroom features a king-sized bed, providing a luxurious and comfortable sleeping space.

Continuing down the hallway, you`ll find three more bedrooms. One boasts another king-sized bed, offering ample space and comfort. Another room is furnished with two queen-sized beds, accommodating larger groups. And for the ultimate entertainment experience, the bunk room features two full-over-full bunk beds, a TV, a foosball table, and arcade games, making it a favorite spot for kids and adults alike.

Step outside, and you`ll be delighted by a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. A cozy fire pit with seating surrounds the pool, creating an inviting space for evening gatherings and relaxation.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
