The master bedroom includes a queen bed and provides direct access to the hall bathroom, while the living area is equipped with two queen sleeper sofas, offering additional sleeping space for two guests. Enjoy a private balcony where you can relax and watch the weekly fireworks shows. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, you ll have access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and a keycard for private beach access, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Same-Day Reservations:
For your reservation to be confirmed, we require a selfie along with a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. Additionally, the Rental Agreement must be signed by the cardholder. If these requirements are not met, your reservation will be canceled, and the payment will be fully forfeited.
House Rules:
Check-In at 4 pm, Check-Out 10am Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
No third-party bookings are allowed.
Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.

Security Verification Process: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all bookings and must be electronically signed within 48 hours of booking.
