WOW! So COOL! This NEW SUITE Located in the OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE is perfectly updated in a great location! It has in room kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, & coffee maker. Nice sitting Front Porch and a front bay window with sitting desk. Directly accross the street is Publix, Waffle House, Beach Liquors & the start of the Brooks Bridge. Great stay!

This was the second time I've stayed at the property! They have updated the fridge to also have a freezer! I love that they provide beach towels and chairs to use! Overall, this is my favorite place to stay in Fort Walton!

It was very clean. Some noise from next door TV all night, had to call but they responded and was dealt with. Would return to this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, close to restaurants, bars and grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

This property is perfect for a stay at the beach! It is 5 min from the ocean. Our dogs loved staying with us too. We will come here again soon!

Very relaxing

Very nice and felt very homely for the week. Was close to the beach so that was nice. Would definitely come back and stay.

The stay was great, property manager answered all my questions within timely manner, everything was neat and clean. Everything was close by stores within walking distance, beach was right around the corner. I’d definitely book again 10/10

Perfect in every way

Beautiful suit, very nicely decorated; very clean and well taken care of; minutes from Okaloosa pier, conveniently located near Publix, and local restaurants. Very private and cozy. We decided to make it our dedicated stop at least once per year. Just perfect!

So cute and clean

This was the perfect spot for my daughter and I. Franny was so thoughtful and left us some welcome treats. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Three minutes to the beach and convenient to everything we needed.

Beautiful cottage

This cottage was perfect for our short stay to visit our son who is stationed at Eglin AFB. While the neighborhood was a little run down, the location to everything we wanted to do and it’s proximity to the base was great. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated with beach vibes. The bed was comfortable, the towels were clean, and we had everything we needed to relax and sleep well after long days out. Check-in was super easy and they accommodated our early check-in request. Thanks!

Phenomenal customer service

The place is adorable. The owners are very nice and helpful. My Keurig wouldn’t work and Franny came over to help me and replaced it same day. This stay exceeded my expectations.

Fun weekend in the sun!

We had a great weekend, and an awesome little cottage, that was very clean, well decorated, and very cozy. The location was very convenient,walking distance to Publix, shops and restaurants. We trailered the boat, and the public launch was about a mile away, with very little traffic, on Labor Day weekend. We will definitely return to the same location in the future.

Nice, small home for two

We enjoyed our stay! The manager of the property was always quick to respond. They kindly recommended a couple of their favorite local places to eat which ended up being some of our new favorites. The house is small but it works well for a couple staying for a few days. Pet friendly and clean. It is near a main road which is in walking distance of Publix and many eating establishments!

Love at First Sight

This place is fantastic. We fell in love with it when we walked in. It was so clean and the remodel was amazing. It was perfect for me and my husband. The property manager always kept us updated and we even had some really nice treats to welcome us. It was less than a 10 minute drive over to the beach or a short walk to some fun shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Last minute booking

Cute, little place. Clean! Very thankful for the last minute accommodations as our original plans at another establishments on VRBO cancelled our reservations on the day we headed out for our honeymoon. Cozy, little place. Perfect for people eating out daily, as there is no way to heat food. Close drive to beach access and many other attractions. The bed is super comfy if you enjoy memory mattresses! All in all, a good stay.
