Four season availability! Great fall getaway AND easy access to Big Boulder ski area for winter fun! This 5-bedroom townhome in Lake Harmony is perfect for your escape. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, this enchanting property offers a serene retreat. This beautiful 5 bedroom townhome is the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway any time of the year! It has over 2600 square feet of living space so up to 10 people feel like they have plenty of room.
In the winter you can ski at Big Boulder, Jack Frost or Camelback with Big Boulder only a half mile walk to the lifts. From our outside deck, you will have a beautiful view of Big Boulder ski area. Jack Frost is only a 12 minute drive and Camelback about 25 minutes away.
The home overlooks the tennis courts in the Laurelwoods development. The 175 acre Big Boulder Lake and beach are a mile walk (or very short drive)away. The Big Boulder Lake Club (open in the summer months) there is a heated pool, baby pool and playground. The Family Fun Area includes tennis, ping pong, bocce, corn hole, badminton volleyball and picnic area. Many different types of boats are also available for rent by the hour in the summer.
Passes to the club may be purchased during the season for the 2025 rate of $25 per person per day (children under 2 are free). Or if you are staying longer you can also buy a 4 pack (4 people for 4 days) for $125.
Tennis courts are available free of charge behind our home. We also have a pool table with a ping pong table top on the lower level.
Nearby are two great golf courses, Split Rock and the 5 star Jack Frost National. Both present challenges to golfers and offer beautiful vistas. You can also enjoy hiking, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, Skirmish paintball, the Poconos Raceway, 2 casinos, bowling, great visits to nearby State Parks and the water park H2Oooooh! at Split Rock Lodge. There are 3 floors of living in our home which allows you and your traveling companions to spread out. Wireless internet is included throughout the home. The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living area with beautiful gas fireplace and a half bath. Also on the main floor is a primary bedroom suite featuring a large soaking tub, TV, and King size bed. From the dining area there is a walkout to our deck with an outdoor table and chairs and gas grill for cooking out.
Upstairs there is a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds.
Downstairs there is a walkout basement which is home to a family room, large TV, and pool table/ping pong table. The sofa on this level pulls out to a full size bed to sleep 2 additional guests! There are 2 more bedrooms on this level, a full bath and laundry. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms include a TV.
We do not allow smoking of any kind inside our home nor do we allow pets and we require primary tenants to be over age 25. Please note that there is a noise ordinance in our development with no loud noise between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am both inside and outside the home.
