The first and second floor apartments feature a charming front porch with a cozy swing that overlooks the scenic, historic Springfield neighborhood. Just one block from Main Street, you’ll find an array of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, bakeries, and ice cream parlors right at your doorstep. Plus, it's less than 2 miles from EverBank Stadium and Jacksonville's downtown event venues! This pet-friendly apartment also boasts both front and back yards—perfect for your furry friends to enjoy a walk.
The Space:
The space guests have full access to the entire first-floor and second-floor apartments, which includes:
- Two fully equipped, high-end kitchens
- Four bedrooms: The primary bedrooms have a king bed and a twin pull-out bed, while the secondary bedrooms offers two full beds and a queen air mattress
- Four freshly renovated bathrooms: Designed with modern fixtures and comfort in mind
- Two bright and spacious living rooms that open to the front porches and backyard decks
- In-unit laundry, a valuable amenity for long-term stays
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring complete privacy. The combo listing includes the first floor of the duplex and access to the entire second floor of the duplex. The features include a private balcony ideal for relaxing or savoring a morning coffee, the backyard, and both the upper front porch and the charming lower front porch.

When making your reservation, please input the correct guest count.
After booking, we will confirm the guest count with you. If you need to increase your guest count to more than 4, this will result in a corresponding price increase. We verify guest counts via external cameras on our properties.
If we notice a higher guest count than reported, we reserve the right to charge additional fees at double the standard rate before check-in. Additional Fee Guidelines:
• Extra Guests: $25 per guest/night after 8 guests (e.g., 9 guests would be $25/night extra, and 10 guests would be $50/night additional).
- Pet Fees: $30/night per pet, $150/week per pet, $300/month per pet. This fee is not included in the accommodation rate.
We will request the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs: - 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100 - 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200 - 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300 - 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
-This house is pet-friendly. If you are extremely allergic to animals, this property may not be a good fit for you. Please reach out to us with any concerns.
-For guests requiring a pack 'n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability. There is a propane grill and propane tank. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank when it runs out. We have a minimum 7-day stay requirement for local guests. To request an exception, please inquire through your booking platform. Exceptions are made at our discretion. Gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. Hosting a gathering, party, or event at this property will result in a $1000 fee. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Cigar or cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc.) will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
