Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire duplex (upstairs and down)! Please note there is no inside connection to the duplex. You have to enter each through outside doors located on the shared back porch or front door area. This is great for two families or friend groups traveling together who want their own space under one roof!



Four parking spaces are provided and marked at the back of the duplex. They are lit at night with cameras for security.



Electronic door codes on front and back door for easy access.

This is a multi-unit property, and sound can travel easily — especially when using the back porch. Please be respectful of neighbors and out long term residents in the back of the property.
