★ Parking Guidelines – Parking is available in the driveway and directly in front of the home. Please be courteous and avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways or parking in front of nearby homes.
★ Security & Privacy – Exterior security cameras are in place for safety. There are no interior cameras, and footage is accessed only if needed to address safety concerns or reported issues.
★ Starter Essentials Provided – A starter supply of household essentials is included for the first few days of your stay (approximately 4 days) to help you settle in comfortably.
The number of guests that you registered for is the maximum number of guests allowed in the home. You will be charged $50 per additional guest per night and will be at risk of being asked to leave due to violating rules.

Let us know if you`re traveling with an infant or small child and need a playpen or high chair.

No smoking or vaping or drugs of any kind. If this is violated, you will be charged $500.00 and any extra cleaning costs incurred.

Pets are not allowed.

No parties or events. If in doubt, ask us. This is a neighborhood and therefore we are respectful of the noise level.

Three vehicles are allowed. Parking is limited to the driveway and the space on the street in front of our house/driveway. Street parking should be in the direction of the flow of traffic.

If you see any issues upon arrival or during your stay, please let us know so that we can tend to it immediately. We want your stay to be fabulous.

CHECK IN IS 4:00 pm.
CHECK OUT IS 10:00 am.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT: Easy peezy. Leave beds unmade. Place all other linens in laundry room. Load dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor trashcans.

Walk-through video and photos have been taken by cleaning crew prior to each stay to ensure property is cleaned to our standard. Guests will be charged for damages, missing items, and any extra cleaning fees incurred due to irresponsibility. Our desire is for each guest to experience staying in our home with the same high standard of care and attention to details as the guests prior.
