Northeast Florida Retreat

Experience an authentic, relaxing vacation retreat in the heart of Jacksonville. Located just off 295 and in a very central location. 3 bedrooms on one side of the home and two bedrooms on another side of the home with common areas in the middle. During your stay, you will have access to the pool, which is ideal for some fun pool time after spending some time at the nearby mini golf course. This house offers everything for a great family vacation or weekend getaway.

Mandarin is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida's Duval County, at the city's southernmost point. It is situated across from Orange Park on the eastern bank of the St. Johns River.

Guests will have full access to the house.

Our putt putt pool home sleeps 10. Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat-screen TV. Has 5 bedrooms with 3 queen - 1 full - 1 bunk bed (twin and full). Some of the amenities we have include:

Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

2-3 hours: $200

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL RULES

●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
