Bienvenue à Remodelé et spacieux Shoreline Towers 2096. Cette unité avant du gisement se trouve au neuvième étage de Tower Two et offre des vues spectaculaires sur le lever et le coucher du soleil. Le salon dispose de meubles en cuir et de stores solaires pour maximiser les vues panoramiques. Le salon dispose d'un écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD de 55 pouces pour la lecture. La cuisine ouverte a des compteurs blancs tout le confort de la maison. Le design ouvert de la cuisine vous permet de profiter de la vue si vous dans la cuisine faire le petit déjeuner ou faire le dîner.

La chambre principale a un lit King, deux lits complets dans la première chambre d'invité avec deux lits complets au 2ème invité. Wifi gratuit.

Il y a un service de location de chaises de plage / parapluies ou votre commodité. Profitez de la belle plage car le temps ne se déplace pas d'une heure à l'autre mais d'un moment à l'autre. Venez capturer certains de ces moments spéciaux.

Shoreline Towers est situé à distance de marche de plus de 5 restaurants, une pharmacie, une épicerie et des magasins.

Shoreline Towers est une station balnéaire avec une sécurité 24 heures sur 24 et 470 pieds de plages sucrées privées du front du Golfe le long de la côte d'émeraude. Shoreline Towers comprend une piscine chauffée saisonnièrement, deux courts de tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, un sauna et un centre de remise en forme. À côté du clubhouse, il y a une aire de pique-nique surplombant le lac avec des grillades à la fois gaz et charbon de bois.

Outdated. I would recommend renting another unit with Shoreline

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was disappointing. It was outdated and definitely needs some updating. I have stayed with Shoreline Towers before and I do like them however, I don’t think it’s fair to pay the same price for a unit without a washer/dryer and smaller balcony that doesn’t have access from the master as a unit that does. Especially one that is older and outdated. When I come back to Destin, I will most likely go back to Shoreline Towers, I will just be VERY careful with picking my unit.

Reviewer Comments: Nice location in tower 2 with a good ocean view the condo needs a few maintenance issues around the ceilings addressed and the condo needs some updating and this condo only has a half balcony if you are use to a full balcony it gets crowded if you have 4-5 people on it at one time with the table and chairs

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Shoreline Towers for about 25 years, we love it there but this year was very hard with the construction, cement dust everywhere, only 1 working elevator and having to share with the workers all day long. We look forward to the construction being finished Low rating below is only because of the construction. The unit we stayed in was 5 stars (except for the lack of laundry facilities)

We was treated wonderful by Ashley and Sharon and the staff. We was supposed to be in another condo but the balcony was closed and Ashley went above and beyond to place us in another area with a opened balcony and believe me was absolutely beautiful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the condo are absolutely stunning. Unfortunately that is the only thing stunning about this unit. The ad says recently renovated but the only thing renovated in who knows how long is the master shower, not the master bathroom, just the shower. No washer and dryer in unit and the ones one the floor don’t work. Mold around the windows, cracks in Sheetrock, tv’s that don’t work, ice machine in fridge doesn’t dispense ice, missing glass in fans, fans that bank and clang when on, mirror wall held together with tape, wall outlets not connected to wall and built in microwave that doesn’t work. This unit could be amazing and worth every penny if the owner would take some pride and invest in a proper renovation. Or maybe just be honest in the description and say this is a dated unit with a great view.

A little bit of heaven on earth.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shoreline is the best. Our condo was wonderful. To watch the sunset from our living room each night was a looked forward too blessing. We have friends there to see each year as we return. A SPECIAL blessing is the staff. Dont know all names but special kukos to Sharon, Ashley, Chuck, Robin. We feel we have made speciall friends with them and look forward to seeing them later this year. Plannng to be there for many years to come—like a second home.

Enjoy The View! The best views in this complex!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, but just a few things to consider. This unit is on the 9th floor and there is no washer or dryer. There were supposed to be coin operated washers and dryers on each floor so we thought ok...we would deal with it. The 9th floor washer was out of order...we started to walk down from floor to floor and either they had signs "out of order" were removed or unplugged...we continued down all the way to the 3rd floor before we found one that worked... very inconvenient. We originally found the carpets had stains, but Shoreline Towers had them cleaned and improved immensely! This condo has the best views in our opinion. Great beds, even though the unit has not been redone for some time, it has a sweet beachy feeling. I would suggest to the owners make repairs to the ceilings. The beach feeling is really nice however! Please consider a washer and dryer but we really love this place!

Great view, needs updating

We came with torrential rains. The rain came in through the top of the windows in the master bedroom and soaked the floor and my stuff that was put beside the window. They got us a blower to dry it but it was really really loud. The Master shower was under repair but we were aware of that. During the rains, there was standing water in the floors of the other bathroom. We had to use all the towels to mop it up. They did get us a mop and the water went away after the rains quit. The carpets need replacing and the dining room seats, while adorable, had all kinds of stains on them and needed replacing. Our icemaker quit day one and we reported it but no one ever came to fix it during our week's stay. Overall we had a good stay. The view is beautiful and the location is great. A bit of updating would have me coming back here.

The other time the unit has been great very clean and wthout any problems. This past week that we stayed there, the master shower didnt work, the carpet had a big spot of wet water. They tried to dry it but they left a fan running 3 days that we were there so it was alot of noise. In my opinion I believe the unit should be checked and let the renters know ahead of their arrival so they could be aware. One shower for 8 people made things so hard due to use making line to take a shower. A good discount should be added or a small refund would be good.

Great View, Worn Down Unit

First I have to say that the view from this unit as shown in the photos is spectacular. The best that I've had as a rental. Aside from that, I would best describe this unit as worn out. The carpeting is stained significantly in the master bedroom and one of the others and carpets in the hallway on top of the carpet add to the feeling. Almost every room has at least some minor peeling of the ceiling and the grout looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. When we arrived on Saturday after a huge storm, the window in the master bedroom was leaking significantly, the point where 20% of the carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. I called the office and never received a reply back. This type of maintenance is prevalent through the unit as it seems only the most necessary repairs and updates are made. Cleaning is clearly done each week, but only the necessities. A quick look at the trim shows a gathering of dust that has been there so long that it doesn't just wipe off. I received a call from the property manager on Wednesday making it seem like the shower unavailability was a recent development. From the last review I can see that it has been a preexisting condition that they waited until the last minute to tell me about and then offer a meager 10% off on after it was too late for me to change my plans. So, if you are taken by the view this might be a good place for you to stay. If you are expecting a unit a bit more upscale and to work with professionals in that market, I would suggest looking elsewhere. For me, the view wasn't worth the rest.

Great view...Mediocre condo

The location of this condo is perfect. Beachfront with amazing views and gulf breezes. Upon arriving, we were told the shower in the master bathroom was inoperable- under repair/renovation. This meant ONE shower for 8 ladies. We were given a 10% refund, but advance notice would have been appreciated. The condo itself is large and easily accommodated our group, other than the shower situation. The freezer had to be repaired since it was not sealing. Additionally, one of the burners of the stove did not work. Some updating in decor and counters are needed.

1st Time to Visit Destin

2021 vacation/50th bday

Our first time in Destin was a great experience! First off, the condo was inviting, bright and very roomy for the 5 of us that stayed here. Bathrooms are spacious:) . Laundry facility on floor was very convenient. View was of course fantastic. Located near shopping centers, restaurants that we’re walking distance even. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We reported issue w outlet in dinner room and base of kitchen faucet ( that appeared to be loose and before we got there) and we didn’t get a second key to condo at check in but they were very helpful in resolving and hearing out minor concern. Gave 4 star based on Carpets in rooms could use a good cleaning or replacement but over all very nice and inviting! We would recommend this unit and look forward to visiting again soon :)

Beautiful condo, no washer/dryer, rat infestation in common area

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the condo were as pictured - stunning. The condo was well equipped with the exception of no washer and dryer which forced us to use the common area, which was infested with rats. There were rat droppings all over the floor and in one of the washers. They had obviously been there for some time. I passed it on to the onsite management office and although they may have addressed it, they never responded back to me. The listing didn’t specifically state the condo had a washer/dryer, we just assumed it did because the other condos we stayed in previously had them.The beach and water were beautiful, however, the property was also the busiest in that part of Destin in Aug 2020. This was also the first time we visited where you were not allowed to bring a personal umbrella or cabana down to the beach, which would have been nice to know before we departed from Texas. One umbrella was included in the cost of the condo, however, that was inadequate for six people. There was also little spacing between umbrella set ups (at the height of COVID at the time). The umbrella attendants were kind enough to space ours out separate from the rest which was greatly appreciated.This was our fourth time staying, however, we will likely be looking at other properties in the future.
