This brand-new, 3000+ sq. ft. beach block retreat sits right on the border of Ortley and Seaside Heights—where the laid-back charm of Ortley Beach meets the excitement, fun and convenience of the Seaside Boardwalk. Just a few houses from the beach, and the start of the boardwalk, you’ll get easy beach and boardwalk access without all the noise and chaos.

Sleeping Quarters:
We’ve got you covered with plenty of room for everyone! The house features 2 master suites with their own bathrooms—perfect for multiple families traveling together. Every bedroom has a fun, themed vibe, including two kid-friendly rooms—a Mermaid’s Dream for the little princesses and a Pirate Cove for the aspiring sailors. With space for 10 guests, you’ll find a mix of queen, twin, and bunk beds to suit everyone (and a crib is available if needed).

Dining & Kitchen:
Forget rooftops - we have 3 levels of patios! No one ever tells you how annoying it is to haul food up and down a bunch of stairs for rooftop dining. But here, at Happy Bubbles Cove, you’ll enjoy easy al fresco dining just steps from the kitchen on a large, breezy front porch. Our spacious, brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need for family meals. The 8-foot island with 6 chairs is perfect for morning breakfasts, prepping meals, or just hanging out with the entire gang while you cook.

Bathrooms:
We know you want to spend time on the beach, not waiting for a bathroom! That’s why we’ve got 4 full bathrooms so everyone can get ready without the rush. Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, soap, towels, and hair dryers—so you can head out and have more fun, fast.

Entertainment:
The Cove is built for family fun - for adults AND kids.

The 3rd floor is a haven for kids with its very own private arcade and game room! Rainy day? No problem! 3 video games, a 70 inch gaming tv and station and interactive games on the walls will keep the troops well entertained!

While the kids play adults can relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces. The spacious living room flows out to the porch, so the whole crew can hang out together, no matter what you’re up to. Sit on the porch and have a dinner party at the full sized table, or lounge on the large sectional under the stars with the warmth of the fire table. Whether it’s a movie night, snacking at the big island, or sipping wine on the porch with the sea breeze, it’s all about making memories in our thoughtfully designed common spaces.
