New construction home, the vacation home you have been waiting for! This contemporary, single family home is centrally located in Seaside Park, it’s close to the ocean, bay, boardwalk, stores, and restaurants. Features an open concept floor plan, with comfortable living room, dining area, and a cook's kitchen with all high-end appliances and decor. Large bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, conveniently located on the first level, living room couch also pulls out to a queen size sofa bed. 3 additional bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 4 twin bunk beds with 2 baths on second level. Private rear yard is perfect for entertaining with gas grill. For added security there are exterior cameras on premises. During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) linens and towels will NOT be provided. However, we do provide beach passes as well as beach chairs. This is truly a vacation paradise!

We had a great stay! Great location. There was an outdoor shower too which I didn’t see in the listing but was a pleasant surprise. Our family had a nice trip.

Lovely property, perfectly situated to walk to the boardwalk or the bay. Short car ride down to Island Beach Park. Everything you need in well appointed property. We visited in the off season so it was a combination of walking and watching movies...thank you

Christmas trip to NJ

We had a wonderful stay. It is so spacious and well kept. The layout is perfect. We spent Christmas here and we were so comfortable with our 3 littles. Would definitely return again :)

Family wedding

We had a wonderful short stay as we came in from out of state for a family wedding. The house and amenities wee fabulous!! Would have loved to have gotten in a few hours earlier, but that couldnt happen.. terrific location and the owners have done a fab job in the house!

Beautiful beach home

This home is very beautiful and was so comfortable for my family. The home is in a great quiet location - close to the bay, parks, and stores and just a short walk or quick drive to the beach! The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary supplies for preparing meals. We were all impressed and felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

From booking to checkout and everything in between Tara was so easy to work with and so accommodating! The property was spotless, beds were comfortable and all of the finishings in the house were gorgeous! An easy walk to the beach/boardwalk and steps away from the bay! The neighborhood was quaint and lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here!

amazing house

the pictures don’t do this house justice. its big, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. i went with a group of friends and we essentially didn’t leave the house. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need to cook, the bathrooms were gorgeous. the host was extremely accessible and helpful. will book this home again next year.

Awesome house!!!

The house is beautiful, with everything you need. It's not a bad walk to the boardwalk, we enjoy it, like 10 minutes. Tara checked emailed me, just to check in to see if everything was good. She was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay at the house again!!

Christmas weekend in SSP

This is a lovely, newly renovated beach house in SSP. The inside is very pretty with modern, high end finishes in kitchen and all the bathrooms. The set-up was perfect for us with four nice size bedrooms and a very comfortable kitchen/living areas. The location was very quiet in the middle of winter, but would definitely be lively in the summer time.

Great house but bring your own towels!

The house was new and nice. Unfortunate design under house with a low ceiling . My sons are over 6 ft tall and entering and exiting the car without cracking their heads on the extremely low ceiling was a constant challenge. Even for us shorties it was tough! The hostess didn’t willing want to supply linens either!! Nor did we have enough towels for 6 adult! Luckily she let me know in the 11th hour of our arrival and I brought 6 of my own towels with me! Very inconvenient. I also have a Rental and trying to use the excuse of Covid in 2022 for double dipping is not professional. We had several families staying in the area and none of them were asked to supply sheets and towels. I did ask for a discount for my inconvenience but was told no! That’s double dipping! Going forward I will ask way in advance if what I supply to my rental is what someone else will supply! Customary had a whole new meaning at this Verbo!
