Bay Front, maison unifamiliale avec vue panoramique! Le meilleur emplacement de Monterey Beach. Détendez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez de la brise sur le pont surplombant la baie de Barnegat. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Crabe, poisson, kayak, planche à pagaie, allongez-vous au soleil, jouez dans le sable et nagez du quai tout en profitant de vos vacances sur la côte de Jersey. Dînez et faites griller la baie tout en profitant de couchers de soleil spectaculaires.

Cette maison spacieuse dispose de 6 chambres (toutes au deuxième étage) et 3 salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale a un roi, un jumeau et un loft avec un coin salon à l'extérieur donnant sur la baie. La deuxième chambre a une reine avec vue sur l'eau. La troisième chambre a un lit double et un lit superposé donnant sur la baie. La quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un grenier. La cinquième chambre a un double et un grenier. La sixième chambre a une reine du salon. Deux ponts situés au deuxième étage avec vue sur l'eau.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre vos vacances agréables. Spacieuse salle familiale avec fenêtres sur 3 côtés donnant sur la baie. Câble TV / DVD.

Il y a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Deux robinets extérieurs et une douche extérieure chaude et froide. Barbecue au gaz (réservoirs fournis, vous devrez peut-être les remplir). Trois tables d'extérieur. Parcs six voitures.

Bay Beach, à quelques pas, dispose d'une aire de jeux complète avec balançoires, sauveteur en service tout l'été. Monterey Beach est une grande plage familiale pour nager, surfer, jouer dans le sable ou simplement se détendre et prendre le soleil.

Jersey shore

We went there for my husbands birthday with just a few family members. The view was magnificent. I’ve rented down the shore before so I knew what I wanted. The sunset was gorgeous and it was very relaxing on the water. It’s a nice size house for a large family. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Breathtaking views

It takes you by surprise as you walk in the front door and see the sun sparkling on the bay from the far right to the far left in this tremendous open floor plan -the kitchen area is large and part of that open floor plan-Todd was one of the best parts of the trip-he went out of his way to work with us around covid 19-you dont realize how serious things are until you suffer a loss-we needed to get away and relax after the stay at home was issued and being shut up for so long -thanks again Todd

Eight of us "geezers" stayed at this property. While I don't want to ruin it and say too much, I just can't say enough. If we tried we couldn't possibly think of one negative thing to say. Location, direct Bayfront. Immaculate throughout. Ample room for all to spread out and enjoy. Six spacious bedrooms. Flawless communication with owner. Plenty of parking. We were unanimous voting this a perfect house and setting. Can't thank Todd enough. See you next year...

Beautiful Open Bay views

The place is very large and the views are spectacular! Loads of beds, all rooms are large. Views both in and out were great. We would definitely stay here again.

The best place to stay in Lavallette

We are from Pa and we have been renting for years down the shore and this was the best place we ever stayed. The house is beautiful and very large. The yard was great for fishing. We will definitely recommend this place ; and stay ourselves again

Nice property. Nice views. Nice owner. Only thing I/we didn't like is the flies off the bag when there is a West wind. They move to the beach after a strong west wind. Its a Jersey Shore and bay thing...nothing to do directly with the property.

What a great find! Spectacular!

Beautiful home with a spectacular open layout on the first floor and plenty of seating and windows to take in the amazing bay views. All bedrooms are on the second floor with plenty of options to find the right bed for you and a view to go with it either in the room or right outside. Tons of natural light. Views of the bay are spectacular—you pretty much have 270° of barnegat bay action to take in from this property. Sandy/mixed stone yard was great for the kids to keep busy and be creative. We brought our crab traps and were not disappointed with summer blue claw action. We also brought our boat down (~30’ LOA, 9.5’ beam, ~3’ working draft) and were able to safely tie up at the dock. Keep in mind the fact that you are out on a point in the bay, so not a lot of protection from wakes and weather driven waves—gotta be thoroughly prepared for that. The beach is walkable (maybe 15 mins with wagons full of kids in tow) but there are options for drop-offs or parking within a few minutes if you prefer that route. A great week was had by all. We got lucky with 7 great sunsets out of 7 evenings we stayed. The extra fridge in the garage helped make sure everyone had a cold drink in hand to watch the sun go down. We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! P.S. Todd was extremely responsive, answered our questions, and kept us informed leading up to, during, and after our stay. Thanks!

90th Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful experience at this location as well as with Todd. The house is located on space of land that gives you beautiful water views on two sides. The sunsets are like mini movies each night. The view from the 2nd floor makes you feel like you are cruising. It's an ideal place for large families to gather togerher. Todd was very accommodating to my family. We had a wonderful time celebrating my Dads 90th birthday. Overall a great experience

Amazing location!

Amazing location with incredible views/sunsets! Todd, the property manager, was very helpful, responsive and easy to get in touch with. Very nice neighborhood with access to great beaches! The house can easily accommodate a large family or group of friends. Wifi was great no issues using Zoom to work from the Jersey shore, stream music, etc.

Perfect

We loved this house! Perfect for big families, especially with kids!

This was our first time staying on the bay and we couldn't have picked a better house! Perfect for our big family and the kids loved waking up every morning and playing in the sand right outside the back door and crabbing right off the private dock. The views are absolutely amazing! The owner, Todd, was extremely nice and helpful and always answered any questions I had in a reasonable amount of time. The bedrooms were all spacious and anyone with a big family would appreciate having 3 bathrooms with showers/bathtub. The small bay beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and has a nice playground, which was perfect because I have small children. We loved it so much we already booked it for 2 weeks next summer!

Great location

Location, location, location

We had mini family reunion at this property before our daughter moved to London. It was perfect amount of bedrooms and baths for all.our needs. The kitchen living and dining combo room is perfect for hanging out and the views are spectacular from the many windows and doors. The kitchen is well stocked and the property has a second refrigerator freezer. But what makes the place is the corner 200'plus bulk head and dock, with your own sandy beach. You are not right on top of your neighbors and feel like you are in your own private resort. It's close to all the shops in lavalette and I highly reccomend bringing kayaks, jet skis or a boat. You will be on the water all day. We dont want to leave.
