*Washer and Dryer on second level cornered between bathroom and king bedroom

*Fully Equipped Kitchen including dishwasher and brew pot. See pictures for details

*Community Indoor *CLOSED TUESDAYS, 2.1 miles away and Outdoor Pool, 1.8 miles away (small daily guest fee).
*Fishing: Largemouth bass, Northern Pike and Tiger Muskie are catch and release. Bluegill, Pumkinseed, Perch and Sunfish are limit of 25
*Golf: 3 Private Golf Courses that guests may use (green and cart fees apply). Be sure to call and get tee times at least a week in advance.
*Walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts, dog park
*WINTER: ice skating rink, tubing hill, cross country skiing - weather permitting

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: We do not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited.
Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.

FEES?
Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee. This can be from just having the product in the home and/or on clothes you smoke in so be mindful and leave those in your vehicle.
Pets: Not allowed
Stays 10 days and greater are subject to mid-stay clean of $35 added additionally.
