-Two bedrooms on the main level: One King and One Queen Bed
-Two bedrooms on the second level: One Queen and One with four Twin beds
*Two Full Baths - One on the Main Level and One Upstairs; both have toilet, sink and shower (no tub)
*Washer and Dryer on second level

KITCHEN:
*Fully Equipped Kitchen including dishwasher, Kuerig and brew pot. See pictures for details
*Towels, dishcloth and sponge provided

*Fishing: Largemouth bass, Northern Pike and Tiger Muskie are catch and release. Bluegill, Pumkinseed, Perch and Sunfish are limit of 25
*Golf: 3 Private Golf Courses that guests may use (green and cart fees apply). Be sure to call and get tee times at least a week in advance.
*Walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts, dog park
*WINTER: ice skating rink, tubing hill, cross country skiing - weather permitting

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: We do not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited.
Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.

FEES?
Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee. This can be from just having the product in the home and/or on clothes you smoke in so be mindful and leave those in your vehicle.
Pets: Not allowed
Stays 10 days and greater are subject to mid-stay clean of $35 added additionally.
