Belle split niveau 3 chambre 2. 5 salles de bains concept ouvert maison avec salle de jeux bonus pour les enfants. L'étage principal a deux chambres et une salle de bain principale avec une deuxième salle de bain complète pour les enfants. Le 1er étage est une chambre ouverte avec un espace séparé pour un canapé-lit et une grande télévision à écran plat avec Netflix incluse. La chambre au 1er étage comprend un grand lit king size et une demi-baignoire privée. Le garage du 1er étage a été transformé en une salle de bonus pour les enfants. Il est nouvellement tapissé et muré et comprend un lit superposé futon qui dort trois enfants. La maison est sur une impasse rue calme et pavée. Sur le site de stationnement pour trois voitures. Juste un rapide 3 minutes à pied le long d'un chemin privé à la fin de la rue à la plage de Long Sands. Comprend laveuse, sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. Grande terrasse extérieure avec barbecue à gaz. Cuisine complète avec salle à manger et des portes coulissantes sur le pont extérieur. Ceci est une maison toute l'année. Hot plinthes chauffantes de l'eau. 8-10. Câble dans toutes les chambres et salon. Deux grands téléviseurs intelligents avec Netflix

Quiet setting within walking distance of Long Sands

House is on private road with wooden lot next door so very quiet and private. The outside had a great deck and a firepit area to enjoy after being on the beach. There was plenty of room inside to spread out. Plenty of space for the kids to play in the downstairs area.

A total family fun vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation. We found this home comfy, clean, and accommodating. The location was a quick and easy walk to the beach. Long Sands has nice restaurants and plenty of ice cream stands. The beach is gorgeous and we walked every morning to the beautiful Nubble Lighthouse. The evenings were spent shopping at Short Sands and yes eating ice cream lol. The nights ended with relaxing and laughing around the fire pit.

The perfect house in the perfect location

We've been staying up and down Long Sands theough the years, trying to find the best balance between beach location and walkability in to town. And with the kiddoes getting older finding space for everyone not to be on top of each other. This house was all of that, and more. We were communicated with leading up to our stay and during. We had everything we needed for a great vacation at York. The property owners were great, and we can't wait for next summer!

Great Location and Space

This house was exactly as described. We visited York for a family trip with lots of kids and the space was great for them. We were able to fit all 8 of us with plenty of room and lots of shower space for those sandy afternoons after the beach! The beach is about a 5-6 minute walk from the house, but the beach carts provided at the house made the trip very easy.

Great week

Excellent location, quiet street and short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and kid friendly as well. Linda and Paul are very quick to respond to questions. Only drawback was that it got pretty hot, but they supplied fans and sounds like they’re working on it.

York Vacation Ocean Breeze

Location was great with a short walk to bathhouse through a path! The home was very cozy with a nice spacious deck and nice fire pit. Stairs were a little tricky with 2 toddlers, but baby gates were available. Linda and Paul were very responsive and available at all times. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect start to summer vacation

Linda was an amazing host ! She was very friendly and it was very easy to communicate with her. She provided us with everything we needed for our stay and was very fast in answering to our questions. The house is lovely and very close to the beach; we could smell the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, We are looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful! Thank you!

I can't say enough about this property or it's wonderful owners. Every summer for my entire life my family has been visiting York Beach. I am continuing the tradition now that I have my own children. I have been renting different properties for years and have yet to find one that suited my family's needs until this year! This house is clean, welcoming and on a safe street with no traffic! There is plenty of space for 10 people to spread out and even has a bonus room with a play area! There is a wonderful deck with a grill off of the kitchen and the fire pit is great for hanging out at night! This house is an easy walk to the best part of Long Sands Beach (near the bath house and general store). The owner's go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time and have everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! I'm looking forward to staying in your home again!!

Work in Progress With Homey Feel

The Listing was accurate. Plenty of towels, linens and basic amenities. The kitchen does need a few more items such as large bowls, pans, and pots for large groups. The BBQ, deck, and fire pit was so nice. The property inside was very clean. When we arrived the recycling was overflowing in the front yard and the garbage cans weren't in a central location...recommend larger reciprocals. The owners went above and beyond service providing us with gates, a highchair, pack and play; plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations! I would recommend this property!!!! Wonderful location and property owners! Well organized for such a short time to get the home ready for guests. It was so nice and clean when we arrived. The washing machine and dryer worked great too. We loved Long Sands-- the house is in a great location! We enjoyed Surf and Turf, Atlantic Bar and Grill (our favorite), all ice cream shops along Long Sands, the arcade, and rides at the zoo. Recommend Daily Grind Coffee- they made several family members happy. Thank you and kudos to the Joquin's for a great time!!!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation in this home !

We had a WONDERFUL vacation in this home at the end of June….and we can’t wait to go back in the fall! Comfortable, charming, colorful and immaculately kept! The descriptions of this home are very accurate – and it really is just a mere 1,000 feet from beautiful Long Sands Beach! It’s such a quiet setting and was an ideal place to de-stress from our jobs. Lots of light through the windows made for some spectacular views. I contacted the owner on several occasions and she was very friendly, polite and professional. This home is truly a home away from home – thank you for our delightful stay! We will definitely be back.
