This is a newly remodeled house. Great location and clean. Plenty of space for a family of 4. If it’s available we would love to stay there for our next trip back to Ludington.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Beautiful home with all newer amenities - spacious bathrooms and living areas. Both front and rear patios to relax and enjoy. Awesome location — only 5 minute walk to beaches or downtown area for shopping & restaurants! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Comfortable home with all new amenities and large spacious bathrooms and living areas. Front and rear patios to enjoy, and comfortable beds and living room furniture. Awesome location only 5 minute walk to beach, or to downtown shopping/restaurants. Will definitely stay there again when in town.

Fantastic Property in great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The house was gorgeous. The deck was a great place to hang out in the mornings and evenings and it was nice to have the use of a grill. The location was amazing - we were able to walk downtown everyday and walk to the beach. When we come back to Ludington, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay and loved the spacious, clean and beautifully decorated home. The location was so convenient to main strip of shops and waterfront. I enjoyed the soaker tub and walk in closet in the master bath. The open kitchen and living room area were so nice and beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would want to change is have an awning over the back deck so there would be a nice place to sit outside in the shade.

Great place!

Beautiful, well-appointed home! Either brand new or newly completely remodeled. Great spaces inside and out. A block from the park and edge of downtown (House of Flavors), a block from the marina and 5 blocks (maybe bring a wagon) from Stearns beach. My wife said "I don't know how we will ever stay somewhere else when we visit Ludington".

Great home

My wife said "I don't know how we'll ever stay anywhere else" when we visit Ludington. Beautiful home, either brand new or brand new extensive remodel. Great spaces inside and out. Perfectly clean. One block from downtown, one block to the marina, five blocks to the beach (maybe bring a wagon). Plenty of driveway parking. Wish we would have stayed another day to enjoy the home even more. We will be back!

Great place!

Love the location, close and walkable to everything! The house is as very nicely updated, and beautiful inside. Had a little confusion working the induction stove at the house. An instruction manual for this in a drawer would be helpful as I had never used one and was looking how to use online, lol. You have to put the pan on the stove to turn it on.

Wonderful Home in Ludington

I have been skeptical about vacation rentals lately because I often encounter homes that were bought and furnished as cheaply/weirdly as possible to rent as vacation rentals only. This "Sleek Ludington Haven" might have completely reversed my skepticism. It was clear as soon as we walked into the house that the homeowners put a lot of thought/love into making a wonderful home. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and everything in between was wonderful. We were in Ludington for work so did not get to enjoy the "fun" side of this home, unfortunately. It was perfect for our stay and would be even more perfect for a vacation! When I return to Ludington in the future for work or play, this home would be the top of my list to book. I couldn't have been more impressed with our stay.

Awesome Spot

Absolutely terrific place to stay in a great location. We stayed there over New Years (my mother, my son, and myself). Few blocks to get downtown and a few blocks to get to the beach. Beautiful house that was either just renovated or just built. Amazing bathrooms. Everything you would need for a family. Would definitely stay again
